DWZ must be on the outer after this season. But we just AKP! So why get Warbrick. AKP wouldn’t of sign for us to just stay in NSW Cup🤔🤔🤷
AKP would be here for on minimum wage. Willy would be here for good coin. Both RTS and DWZ are at the end of their careers. Both are valid pick ups. What are our winger stocks like in the grades?

Makes sense in my mind

Really interesting. So the young guys who were hoping to see over the next few years would be Mellars, Kali and Pasikala?
Then having AKP and Warbrick too, I think that makes sense regarding redistribution of wages - RTS and DWZ are two of the highest paid wingers in the comp and are aging, we probably save a few hundred k in that transaction, and if we move Rocco on (500k), that's potentially an 800k centre if were serious about fixing that spot up.

Im okay with that

RTS is playing the best he has ever played at the moment imho. Not as dynamic as the Roosters flyer, but such an asset on the park. I know he is on the older side, but I think he has a bit of longevity with the way he plays. I'll be gutted to see the back of him. For context, I have not been an RTS fan in the past, I thought he was a seriously overrated fullback. I truly think he is one of the Warriors absolute best at the moment.

Add his training ethic, humbleness and brand and he'd be a big loss if not re-signed.

Warbrick will be love/hate I reckon

Warbrick on the right and AKP on the left is a pretty awesome balanced pair of wingers. Interesting for sure.
It will be interesting to see if AKP plays first grade for the club. I reckon it is 50/50 he won't. If Mellars turns good defensively (tackling, diffusion, positioning) then I think he'll be preferred over a liability with upside. I also think Pompey will shift if needed.

Not starting in first grade is best for Alofiana I reckon. He needs to become fully Warriorfied this season. He might still get game time through injury which appears his most likely path. But gosh I want him to come and chase down Johnstone's try scoring feats and also Irvine's while wearing a Wahs jersey.

Yeah he hardly impressed in NSW Cup in the weekend. Don’t recall him taking many (if any) hit ups early in the set which is the norm for a wahs winger.
