Agree, I think Paea Sikuvea is playing himself into a development contract for next year.

What he’s doing at 19 years old as a middle in an U21 competition is impressive.

i think he’s the long term 13 the more I watch him. Late footwork is insane.
Yep plus hey deceptively strong for his size, great defender and has a decent motor.

Any mail from anyone if he has been locked up?

SOUTHS STAR SET FOR SUPER LEAGUE SWITCH

Experienced South Sydney forward Siliva Havili is on the verge of joining Super League club St Helens next year.

The 32-year-old is off-contract at the end of the season and is expected to be squeezed out of the Rabbitohs following their mid-season signing of Brandon Smith.

Havili has bounced around a few clubs since making his debut for the Warriors in 2014. The Tongan represented also played for the Dragons and Raiders before finding a home at South Sydney in 2022.

PANTHERS TARGET WAHS STAR

The Panthers are set to add some depth to their forward pack by securing Warriors’ Tom Ale.

Ale hasn’t played in the NRL this season for New Zealand but before that the 26-year-old featured in 42 games since making his debut in 2020.

This season he has been relegated to NSW Cup. Penrith’s move comes after back-rower Kayliss Fatialofa used the 10-day cooling off period to backflip on the Panthers to remain with the Warriors.

SHARKS CENTRE REJECTS DRAGONS APPROACH

Outside back Mawene Hiroti rejected a late approach from St George Illawarra to remain with Cronulla. The 26-year-old – who made his NRL debut as a teenager for South Sydney in 2018 – has recommitted to the Sharks for next season. Hiroti has been an important squad member at Cronulla since joining the club in 2020.

Tall and athletic. I like the look of him
Commentators do mention he hasn't played much in the last few years due to injury

Typical baller eh, as you say athletic, good hands, aerial game.

Change of direction will be good for a tall man, just needs some muscle now, mainly deltoids and core.

Crazy how fast he gets back up off the ground for a ptb, clearly well coached at home on that vital basic and basketball helps with that too, all those on your toes shuttle runs and shit.

May not have the out and out speed, but that can be worked on to a degree, hard to say, have to see a sprint.

Thank fook Ale is going, was getting sick of reading the same people saying why isn't he being picked every day of the team list threads.

Maybe the Panthers will get new fans that can post why isn't Ale getting picked over there every week.

It’s good to finally get one of these types of outside backs. Tall, Fast, Athletic, strong.
No offence to our boys but it’s like most of them only have 1 attribute.

So Panthers wanted Fats and we gave them Ale and we wanted Mellars and gave South Kosi and Moala

Sounds like McFadden’s playing the cards pretty well 😂

Would be cherry on top if Ivan let us sign a young back in return
