I really don't get this TMM to 1 chat. After the monster game CNK had last week, why are we even talking about this. Given the disruptions associated with Walker, RTS and Berry, we need to leave the rest of the team alone. Completely upending a team that has won 2 on the trot makes zero sense.
That’s his best game in over a year, while being quite poor for a while. Plus he can rack up the metres from the wing. While Te maire will help us big time with our attack

Is it still raining heavily in Sydney?

If we can maintain our game plan from the last few weeks. Like mentioned in the interviews with Johnson and Townsend if could suit us.

A good kick chase and keep the opposition working the ball out from their 20, preferably pinned into the corners. The straightening up when we are in their 20 if the play isn't on would continue to build pressure.

A lot of the other sides in the wet have tried to ball play to get through in the wet. That isn't really our strength. Hopefully some show and goes from the halves to test the defence inside the 20. If we play off any shape run hard and any gaps we can slide over.

The same goes on defence we will need to limit their halves and dummy halves running opportunities.

Let's hope our ball control is on point. Make our mistakes in their 20 and make the ball out.

I’m doing to do @Kav1 on this and say it’s getting a bit over the top. I am as harsh as the next bloke, but after 2 pages it’s a bit of a pile on.

I hope Kosi kills it today. I think the conditions might suit him and Pompey. More bash and crash direct running, kicks will slow up faster etc.

Yeah, I’d like to see the halves play a bit more heads up footy. The amount of times the short grubber in behind has been on, but they just default to what the system says has been frustrating. I guess that also comes with experience.
Long kicks to the corners hopefully and make them play from there (more mistakes from slippery ball)

Never mind the (shit) teams they’ve played, Canberra and easts aren’t looking so hot after this round either.

Koroisau-Egan will be critical, both teams are going to run at the hooker all game to blunt their attack, which one can endure longer and make the plays.

Luai-Galvin-Bula is a bit overhyped they are good but it’s lesser than DCE-Brooks-Turbo who didn’t do much as their forwards got reamed.

Api is a shark though, so slick

Thank you for supporting him, Frank - we need some positive thinking. Only hope its not raining heavily (we can't seem to handle it)
