Isn't Healey a biggish body for a 9? So by that limited thinking does he shape as a possible 14 without much disruption?

Or would Kalani Going have the skill set?

Well here's a chance for Metcalf to step up on attack and earn himself a big contract. Egan can't do any more at 9, Walker has been carrying some of the load on attack. It's up to Metcalf to create a lot more now.

Going to be interesting who replaces Walker for this game. He has played 232 NRL games so very experienced. If it is Healy I do not think he has played a NRL game? He seems the most likely as he can handle the tackling in the middle and looks lively when he plays so will add a spark. Wonder what his link play is like though.

I dont wanna disrupt them either but its a like for like team swap. Im not sure who else would come in as a ball player from the bench, TMM i dont think is physical enough for a straight swap with Dylan.

Still young and I guess any game time is good game time in first grade, but if we're going for impact I would probably rather Healy.

I think we're not terribly far off of Laban starting on an edge and Niukore coming on later for him. 60 min for Laban on an edge and 50 for Niukore between edge and middle

I'm with you. The kid seems impressive in what I've seen so far. Different body shape, lanky but has some gas and a step. As long as he can tackle in the middle which shouldn't be too hard, I'm good with giving him a go.

While I am hoping that Egans change to his tackling technique will help him with his ability to stay on the paddock he will need a break sooner or later.
Healey shows a lot of promise and saves a disruption to a winning combination.
So good so far anyway.

The only reason im a bit skeptical on blooding in healey this way which is pretty high stakes as the tigers seem to punish the middle pretty hard. Was that healey seemed a bit to young with 0 FG exprence, where as laban does with 8 games. But on the otherside healey is a full year older than laban... And he's played more games if you include NSW league. I used to be camp laban but now im 50/50.

Have to remember that a number of people didn’t consider that LanceH was physical enough to play at 14 but, IMO, he’s the best utility in the club’s history.

Comes on to spell Clark and shares the job with CHT or CNK comes into the middle.
