We need to handle their middles, which I’m confident we’ll do.

They run a 3 prop system
8. May
10. Pole
13 Twal, all 3 are playing well especially May.

Take away Luai and Galvins’ platform.

We lost against Canberra and won against Manly. Who both played 3 props.

Pompey needs to get his output up on that wing. Happy Rocco is back.
Pompey has a lot of wing craft to get up to speed on.

Please dont mention Pompey and speed in the same sentence ;)

Crazy to think Round 4 and our starting wingers are Pompey and Tauapiki....who wouldve picked that pre season?

Even crazier when Roger was ruled out i was rooting for Pompey over the 2 alternatives......congrats bizzaro world....u win!

Like all our games so far this match wont be won by our scintillating attack, but by desperate defence and our pack putting in the mahi.

To cover the RTS injury it was either bring in a winger which is one change or bring in the better of the available players in Berry. Out of Berry, Pompey, Leiataua the better wing option is Pompey mainly due to experience.

From what I can recall of seeing Berry and Leiataua playing on the left. Leiataua is probably better suited to moving.

It is good to have Berry back he has been out for a while. A difficult injury to come back from.

Let's hope this outside back configuration can stay injury free and play together until the injured guys are ready to come back.

Tigers the favourites. Good.

I quite like all of the media talking up teams like Souths before they lost, Bulldogs, Tigers. Talked up the teams we beat and brushed off their losses pretty quickly.

2023 we got some praise pretty early about how good we looked. How we played to plans. We aren't like that now but it will be nice to quietly keep winning and everyone else gets talked up.

Felt it’s always gonna be Ali left and Berry right sometime in the season and it’s happening this week

CHT might slice through a few times with Ali outside him. Probably our go to attack.

Metcalf probably doesn’t even know who Berry is 😂

The main advantage with Berry on the right is either his combo with CNK or DWZ, or he can cover for TT for the bombs, was pretty good last year

Maybe they can pull the trigger on the left for play 5 in the zone, if it fails bomb to Berry

Hard to imagine Pompey playing wing for over a month though, that’s a long time
