Instagram's comment system is all over the place. He did have pretty similar ones, you just need to scroll for quite a while. But this was not to compare with another player.

Loved that boyd is still cheering the team on even in his injury post.

Doesn't look like it exists. But pretty much as i put up the pictures the comments have been turned off on the post, plus neither fish, ford, demetric etc also commented, and finally it looks like the whole team including metcalf liked it. Seems like the whole team got around it (plus a fair chunk of the NRL)

I know it was being organised before his injury. Still it will be a relief for him having his future sorted while he recovers.

A well deserved upgrade.

Last year he was a big part of the success in the NSW Cup and would have helped the development of a lot of the guys in that team.

Now in 2026 he has been a big part of how the first grade side has performed.

Great news. What a legend! "He’s upset right now but the way he has handled himself this week has been unbelievable. I haven’t seen a player go through an ACL and reconnect with a team so quickly.
