We score the second least tries in the middle - after the knights. Shows us something?

We don’t pose a threat in the middle so teams can push wider? Our halves don’t create space in the middle?

Also our right side is the worst in the competition defensively (or the left sides the best).
4th worst when you look of number of tries.

That hasn't been around for years mate.

It's footystatistics.com now
I must have got my addresses wrong then. The one I'm thinking of has been in use up until recently. It's predominantly a grey/blue colour & has drop down boxes where you can isolate by position, minutes over/under & also add in a team mate 🤔

That is footystatistics.com, they have had a recent update over the off season though so looks far different.

We're +29 in net penalties+set restarts 😮

I enjoy RLE. Great analysis.

We may have a smart coach on our hands, boys. Seems to know what's required of this years officiating and has trained accordingly.

Some great stats analysis:

RLPA has done a survey about how the rules have impacted how the players feel about the game. Some interesting insight, however I'm taking this with a grain of salt.

There's no point of comparison, gauging rule changes over multiple years would give a better representation of where the players want the game to go, in my opinion.

There's also way too many unknowns, for example; Delegates from teams at the top of the table are obviously going to answer more positively than those at the bottom. I think they need to get data from multiple seasons, so that they can establish just how much of an impact ladder positioning has players perceptions of the rules.

It's a good start, but I think they need to be doing it every year. Would be interested if we have any statisticians on the forum who could weigh in on a better way of collecting feedback.
