The NRL360 journalist discussion on Thursday was the usual Laurel and Hardy routine with Rothfield.
Queensland needed more impact off the bench and he was pretty critical of Capewell's selection. They should have went with Fafita.
Capewell basically replaced Cobbo. A slot they had to cover injuries. Cobbo covered the outside backs, the debate was how he'd be used if there wasn't any injuries. Due to Walsh going off that debate wasn't solved. Capewell covers the back row and can fill in at centre. Like Cobbo coming on for Walsh, Capewell came on for Tabuai-Fidow when he went off to get his shoulder looked at.
Queensland were getting smash in the first half. The bench didn't really need to provide impact. They needed guys to come in to help their team mates who were tiring. Either, by making a lot of tackles or hit ups.
