A bit of a freash look compared to the last few years. Yes, some of it is due to injury but still a team with a new look.

A good chance for Leiataua to get an extended run in first grade. Also think the two young forwards on the bench can add something.

Have to question what Ale's done wrong though....poor bloke looked great in 2023, but the back end of that season he started to see reduced minutes, and in 2024 again hardly played any minutes, only one game over 30m last year and now not picked again...

Feels like the writing is on the wall for him

Super happy with the starting 13 given our injuries.

Picking the 2 young fullahs is exciting and I think Leka has the X factor to be anything in the game.

Not sure on Ford. Laban, Bunty and Ale all could have been named instead. I think his ability to play 80 mins at second row and extended minutes at prop is probably counting in his favour.

Healy at 18 is clearly a nod to the future.

I haven't looked at Canberra's team yet as I am so excited for TLT, but like the look of our team.

Would have preferred Laban starting and nikuore on bench. Don’t feel like the hound guys will get much game time and speed will kill us again. Hopefully I’m wrong

Looks to me like a positive, we intend to win this team rather than let's not lose it. Excited about how the young guys go, especially Ali. TT will definitely add some uncertainty for the defenders.

If CHT is a nod to building a long term combination with Metcalf then all good. He’s big and defends well for a half which is always a plus.

If we struggle to put on points though….
