That had a bit of a feel to 2023 about it with the crap start and getting back into the game. The difference is last year once they got into it they would have iced a close game or ran over the top of the opposition.

This year they find a way to lose.

When the Raiders scored their last try, I joked that we'd probably score right in front but CHT would find a way to miss.

Can't believe I was right. I reckon your standard U14s park footy player would slot that 9 times out of 10.

Needing to go 90m to score but instead opting for a Capewell hit up really summed the game up. We looked absolutely lost most of the time, god knows what's happened to TMM the last couple of weeks but I'm back to thinking maybe he ain't the solution.

I'm so fucking disappointed. All that hype from last year only for the boys to serve up this steaming turd of a season. Fuck sake.

Can't argue with Barney there. We just found ways to hurt ourselves and we keep doing it.

Pompey stays on and we win that, but we should be at least playing GP. (Although we probably lose given the ball they had in FG territory)

As much as the move to centre hasn't worked for RTS. Having him on the field to be able to slot into full back has been useful.

Feel for Tuaupiki. It looked like the Raiders player came out worse than he did. Thought the classification as a category 1 was a bit tough. Means he will be out next week now.
