That statement win…

After a few shakey moments early not being able to ice opportunities, they just just kept turning up and gave the performance we have been waiting for and expecting. That felt like a very Penrith/ Storm performance who just strangle teams.

South’s were woeful but we also forced them to be woeful.

Other thoughts:
  • Wayde Egan > Damien Cook, surely he enters the NSW conversation if he strings a few more games together.
  • Jacob Laban, hats off young man! Didn’t look out of place at all. Put Walker on his arse and then Walker had to resort to a dirty shot off the ball following but he never took a step backwards. Happily see him named again.
  • Jazz. I appreciate all he has offered the club and his passion for the jersey, but with the type of football we now play he is too much of a risk and liability considering the errors he brings. Thanks for your service Jazz.
  • Berrys kick chase is first rate. Makes a big impact. But he is hungry for work as well.
  • Pompey lumbers along but did a lot of the hard carries that were a lot of hard work
  • TMM was classy. Showed today what he can offer and seems to have a good feel for SJs game too. Welcome back.
  • CNK welcome back young man. Apart from the early miss he did a heap of work and linked in on those attacking shapes nicely which had been sorely missed. RTS to centre with CNK at the back is the right call.
  • Mitchell = fucking grub.
  • Up the table we go…hells yeah!

Egan had a blinder. TMM came into his own in the 2nd half. AFB dominant in the middle. Bunty did his job well. Laban looks like the future. Welcome back CNK.

All things considered, with as many outs as we had, we look like the Top 4 side teased last season.

Our depth is insane too. These guys are just slotting in and doing their job. Really helps with the injury toll.

Injuries will play major role in shaping the 8 this year, and separting contenders from pretenders. Our depth is at the top end of the league, maybe the best.

Cant wait til we come up against the top tier teams. I wanna see this carry through those games. Then I’ll truly believe.

For now I’ll celebrate this win. Good job lads.

Hats off to our 80 minute forwards today - Harris, Barnett, Egan, and Ford.

TMM - perfect example of how a half doesnt overplay his hand

CNK - timing was a bit out early on but improved with sheer volume of work, played nice n direct.

Egan - Goat
SJ - Goat

Rabbitos - hard side to like, dont play an attractive brand at all. Think that period where we were getting umpteen repeat sets but couldnt score really emptied their tanks......they looked flat after that.

Loved the relentless kick to the left corner, 10 out from their line....make them slog it out........worked a charm.

I mentioned a few weeks ago how we have made breaks the last few years but haven't been able to finish it off. Some of them were due to guys like Barnett or Ford who look surprised they have been put through a gap up field.

We have been nailing them the last few weeks.

Great seeing us carve teams up from through the middle. Got that one try from 50 metres out.

Laban at 19 already looks noticably bigger than everyone around him. There is a bit of NAS about him - but I'm not saying he's NAS!

Looks a very safe bench spot.

Bunty out next week you would think he gets another bench spot.

Don't want to get ahead of ourselves but a lot of people watching NSW cup are saying he is not even the best prospect - wtf! That's mental

Good to have CNK back. The commentators and the journalists will go on about RTS at fullback. But CNK he suits our side.

Like Webster said last week during the post match press conference that it would be good having him back as he thickens our defensive line.

He does a lot of clean up work. Sure he's not the fastest or flashest player but I love having him at the back. He's safe, does a lot of support work.

Just on Laban. Absolutely deserve a first grade debut. During the trials he just looked fitter and his defense was on!!

Other prospects Sifakula, Mau'u, Halasima, Leataua also Ieremia-Toeava the future is so good for the Warriors.

Hopefully we can keep the likes of Luke Hanson and Taylan Egan.

Wow, what a game to watch, at no point did I really think we were going to lose that one. Last year was no fluke. A+ for effort, we defended most of our errors well, recovered pretty well after a few line breaks too.

We aren't trying to overplay, trusting in keeping the pressure on and they eventually cracked. I thought at the start of the game we were in for a bit of a grind, went set for set but Souths just seem lazy and unfit.

How good is CNK, 23 runs for 260m, always puts his hand up for the hard carries vs. Mitchell 14 carries for 86m!

There is sooo much you can say about this game.
I don’t want to say how shit South’s are but I will say. Don’t sack the coach.
Sack Latrell and Walker.
Egan, best hooker since Cam Smith.
TMM a great foil for Egan and SJ.
Bunty was massive in both stints; especially defensively.
I could go on but I wanted to highlight a couple of the back up guys.
Ale too.

As someone who admired Mitchell I cannot believe how low he has sunk in this game.
His skills are unbelievable and such a talented individual. Tonights game he lowered himself with such filthy tactics that I cannot believe he was not sent off. The hit on Shaun was at very minimum 10 in the bin.

It sucks because he just doesn't seem to realise that he'll be judged by what people see.

The work he has done for local communities, at his own cost, for no recognition, with no cameras is simply outstanding.

But you don't get universal praise for that. I'm sure it frustrates him and leads to the crap we saw today. If Dylan walker did what he did today he would have been binned

A few minor negatives first....

Our right edge looked vulnerable for most of the game. Barney at second row perhaps not quick enough now to defend in the edge? Capewell was a big out

Jazz and his errors. Brings energy and passion but don't think that he is needed when everyone is available. Good depth and perhaps a good player to have in the Nsw cup side to help bring the young guys through.

Latrell and Cody Walker must be two of the biggest grubs in the NRL. Love seeing them beaten and so convincingly.

Now for the rest...

Don't know why but I had a lot of nervous energy before the game and that first 20 minutes. But we slowly strangled our way in to dominating the contest.

Lots of good performances and hard to pick my MoM. I went with Tohu just marginally over Egan. In that first half he did a lot of the 1%ers cleaning up, covering, tackling. Thought he made sure we stayed in the contest early.

So sweet seeing a couple of tries with our 1, 6, 7 and 9 all involved through the middle. I think @MrFrankWhite said it best about that first SJ try - that wasn't rugby league, it was a masterpiece work of art. For me, that is easily our best spine we can put on the field. Egan is just phenomenal, TMM played his hand to perfection, SJ controls everything and CNK is the perfect modern day fullback. With all 4 we play straight and direct. Gives everyone their own space to work in and creates so much for the opposition defence to worry about.

Forwards were great again. AFB immense, Bunty possibly his best game from him, Ford tireless, Barney is intimidating as hell, Tohu my MoM, Ale strong off the bench, Laban looks like the dynamic second rower I have been waiting for - hopefully he gets eased into first grade and could be a very useful impact player at the back end of the season, CHT limited time, Jazz hands.....

RTS looks to me like a guy who feels like he has to prove something to someone. I hope he settles and can just focus on playing his role. Switching around positions in the last few games probably hasn't helped. Berrylicious - kick chase, runs great lines, good hands, great smile. Montoya is just energy and enthusiasm which you can't put a price on. Pompey gets a lot of grief which I think is unwarranted. He is a really good player. Strong defensively, deceptive attack. Very handy player to have in the squad.

Love how we absorb what teams throw at us. Our defense, excluding the last 10 minutes against the Storm has been top class. The scary thing for me with this team is that you can still see there is a fair bit of improvement in them.

Webster is a magician. I never thought I would ever be as proud of a Warriors team than I am at the moment. And we are already starting to see the results of our development with some of these juniors coming through and the depth we have. We are set up for sustainable success and man it feels good!

If our spine can stay injury free and we can get Capewell and DWZ back in the side there will be some very nervous teams this season watching for when they are playing us next.

Don't usually do this but A+ this week.

First time I've commented this season since the season started.

Was a bit worried after our first 2 losses of the season. Was trying to find where we were needing to win 6 out of the 8 games after that.

But since we've won 3 of our last 3 games, we just need to win 3 of our next 5 games and we are semi final bound again.

Where are all the Te Maire Martin doubters now that I have been reading the last few weeks.

'Oh no don't bring TMM back he doesn't play as well as CHT or Metcalf?'

'He doesn't really work well with SJ, he sucks'

Well he played very well today and I'm proud of him.

That has been my thoughts as well.

As long as we pick up the two points at home.

But we do look better in Australia on the dry tracks. Especially for our ball movement.

A few things with that. It is great for a side that has traditionally been poor on the road, we accumulate more points. We are likely going to need to win in Australia to qualify for a Grand Final. Then to also win a Grand Final.
Do you think our 2 1/2 years in Aussie has added some Australian DNA to the club, we handle the conditions like it's our second home these days. Half the team are aussies anyway, it's a good mix of kiwi/oz at the moment, I don't fear any away games this year.

What's up Warriors family. First time poster ;)

But just wanted to say how good it is to see Charnze back.

Amazing to see how passionate about this club he is despite the fact we probably didn't value him like we should have.

Maybe time apart was the best thing for both parties to realise how much they need each other?

In anycase, Charnze has the best smile in rugby league and I am grateful to see it again after a great win.

Bloke died for me the day he took Fus's head off and didn't even get penalised let alone binned.

Fuck him, blokes shown he is a repeat offender filthy grub for years now.

According to Roger in his interview the game was in the balance for the first 25 minutes and Shaun took over and started barking at the team "We are feeling the heat and the pain but so are they. Complete our sets. Dig deep and they will crack."
Shaun won us this match. In a team of stars he is the brains of our operation.

Leadership and captaincy are two different things.

It's a pleasure to observe SJ the leader, the man, the force, the respect his team members have for him.

always been very hard for WAR players to get into the SOO ....the whole anti if you play for NZ club .. actually hope that's the case we don't want some of our best out for those period
Egan is probably the form no.9 atm alongside Api. Barney could be a smokey for a bench spot. Also there's capewah for qld. Would be great if some of our guys can break through this year and prove that the wahs isn't the end of origin aspirations for any potential aussie recruit.

Not really a fan of that thinking. All players aspire to play for ckubs that can further develop their skills to reach higher honours. If we want to be a serious consideration for fringe/current rep players and at the sane time be successful, we need to have players in consideration and moreso plsying for SOO rep sides.

I didn’t see any of the build up so didn’t realize he was playing wing until he came flying in for the rabbits try.
Made sense in theory- fielding the same backline as last year with rts filling the dwz roll.
In practice it looked a bit shaky but he still ran for 165m and scored a try.
it’s a luxury to be able to slip him in anywhere in the backline.
It was a typical selfless performance and stoked he got the W in his 200th.

Also something to note. Crowd for game was just ovrr 13k. Fairly low turnout but very much due to train tracks at stadium were flooded so closed. Other nearby train lines were also closed or under heavy traffic. Most ppl at the game would have had to come by private transport, ride share or buses. Suspect many fans who had planned to make the journey only realised how bad access to the stadium via trains was too late.

Just watched a replay

More Thoughts

* 5min Souths scored. RTS rushed up on D and left his winger open. CNK got bamboozled for a soft try.

* Latrell is lazy. First return decides to throw a 10m bullet pass to his far right rather than taking the ball up..

13 runs 84m??? CNK 24 runs 263m!!!

* SJ’s soft short pass to Berry for the first try was exactly the same pass he gave to Ford for the second

* 6-4 until 5mins to half time. That was a real grind for 34 mins.

* In 5mins we blitzed them we two beautiful tries.

Fords try set up by SJ and a beautiful dummy from Egan to CNK who broke away. TMM on his left, but passes to SJ on the right. Pure joy to watch. TMM has a beautiful smile :)

* Latrells between the legs on Tohu. looked real bad even on replay. Yeah he let him down easy and was in control but that shit is not on.

* a lot of errors by Souths

18-4 at half time could easily have been 6-4

Came out strong in the second half.

8mins in - Egan again finds a gap, breaks through, finds TMM, then to SJ. Try!

24-4 with 30mins to go

10mins of another arm wrestle then RTS scores in the corner. Good team try with CNK distribution on point.

10mins left on the clock and TMM shows and goes to score the final try

34-4

6 try’s
SJ - sets up 2 with short passes for Berry and Ford
Egan sets up 2 for SJ scoring both
Team try for RTS
TMM individual try

TMM involved in 3 of those try’s.

SJ and Egan are critical to our success this season. And AFB.

Souths really didn’t play that bad. They were simply worn down and beaten by a better team.

Just watching the Souths presser, I would be depressed if I was a bunnies fan. It's so obvious to everyone that Latrell is a cancer on that team, yet here is the coach continually making excuses for Latrell. Thank god Latrell will be suspended this week, because it saves JD from the difficult, but necessary, task of dropping Latrell from the team. They might need to hire Madge back- a tough bastard is what they need.

The facts of the situation are so outrageous:

- Assistant coach Sam Burgess resigns with rumours swirling about preferential treatment for 'some' senior players
- Souths go on to lose 15 of their next 17 games (something like that)
- Meanwhile, Burgess as head coach of Warrington is sitting top of the table in Super League

That is literally what every NRL team used to say about the Warriors for decades. So satisfying it has now completely flipped.

CNK’s interview after the game was so wholesome.

Nothing but admiration for RTS. And praising Webby for giving him the confidence and support he needed to succeed. Webby really does have a magical spell on everyone 🪄

Even the press conference Tohu looks so alert and attentive to everything Webby says. It’s like he’s got a secret crush on the guy 😂

Bro that classic clip from someone last year comparing a press conference shot of Brown & Tohu and Webby & Tohu.

The Searle podcast this week with Jackson Ford "I met Webby for a beer at a pub and he knew more about my game than I did". Mastery.

Now we don't want to be saying stupid things but I would take a bet that it takes Webby less than the 15 seasons it took Ivan to win a premiership. Hopefully it is with us.

This. 💯 right. I’ve never been prouder of this club - not just the way we are playing and developing, but who we have become as an identity. It’s glorious.

I think the most impressive aspect of this team is the way we are dominating field position. I think this is most evident in our final play the balls whereby Johnson will bomb with pinpoint accuracy the right corner of the field which is quickly supported by probably the best kick chase exponents in the game led superbly by Berry. Then the stranglehold begins wherein we rush up hard and fast on defense limiting their yardage and eventually wearing them down. I love the certainty of this final play and how well we are executing it.

There’s a soundbite they keep playing on ZB with an interview with Gordon Tallis about a kids tournament he runs each year with over a thousand kids from all over Oz playing for the Gordon Tallis Cup. The most common phrase he says from he heard the kids say during the tournament is “Up The Wahs”!!!

The try Ford got was so good. The runners round the back were such a threat that the centre had to stay out so it looked easy but that's a try down to having players in motion and a team effort.
Roger was one of the ones coming round the back and players know they have to watch him so it's Seychelles a good play.
There was literally nothing they can do against that if we hit the right runner.
I’m loving how, instead of all the players standing around waiting for some SJ magic and then reacting to it, he’s now reacting to them. He may not have the running game he had when he first played FG, but I think, this version of SJ is far more dangerous as the opposition just can’t afford to sit back and wait to see what he does.

Plus, how valuable is a fit Egan to this team. Those two tries either side of half time show what potential this spine has. Sorry to Metcalf and his legion of fans, but based on yesterday’s game, he’ll have a hard time displacing TMM. That spine yesterday was a thing off beauty!!!!

TMM certainly grew in confidence the longer the game went on.First half was relatively quiet but was excellent in the second half .
Worthy replacement.Great options in the 6 jumper.

Remember when everyone used to moan about Johnson’s pointless bombs?
Well it was the same farkin kick- he’s just got people chasing it now.

How good was it to see two very classy halfs and superb 9 and 1 playing for us. Allows everyone else to sparkle. Just imagine when we have a first choice 17 available. Awesome.

Uber-ed back to our central city hotel, climbed out in heavy traffic in the middle of the street next to a major intersection and the old Aussie concierge door man booms out 'Up the Wahs' . Everyone around started cheering.

An hour later, still in our jerseys going through the lobby we walked past a evening celebration with everyone in dickie bows and evening gowns. From somewhere in the middle a guy around 50, dressed in his finest did the same thing 'Up the Wahs'.

It's going full steam again, fellow faithful! 👊 and it's a beautiful thing!

There is a thread in the roosters forum wondering whether webby is homesick and could potentially replace robbo moving forward...

Funny that the once hated bomb to the corner from Johnson is now so effective and well liked.
One thing I really like is Webby has a game plan that plays to players individual strengths. It is also very effective at spreading the workload.
Even if the opposition has a right winger that is poor under the high ball, we will generally kick to their left winger. Webby stated last year this was mainly due to Johnson being a right foot kicker.
Capewell and Berry will typically have much lower running metres than others in the team. They are generally weaker running the ball but better on kick chase. An earlier game this year, I recall us attacking down the right during the set with both Capewell and Berry having strong 15m runs. However, the kick chase at the end of the set was bad and the opposition easily got out of the corner. Seems like a deliberate plan to try and have them fresh for the kick chase.
When we signed RTS, right from the start they said he would play left centre. I’m sure a big part of that is Webby didn’t want him on the right expending energy chasing kicks when he is so good with ball in hand.

We are currently the best defensive team in the comp. Defence wins premierships.

We are a team that consists of; grittiness, high completion rates, physical line speed, high effort, confidence, kicking to corners, defend errors & can score from anywhere.

We have leaders across the park, and we are a TEAM. No individuals out there. We have the best depth in the comp, and we have a nation of fans backing our group. It’s another sell out at Mt Smart this week, this has to be a record.

I’m just so happy to be a warriors fan right now & I am so, so proud of this group. Whenever I see someone with a wahs jersey on, i mutter under my breath, “up the Wahs” 😂

Through all the bullshit of the last decade, we’re back were we deserve. We have youth coming through, young players aspiring to be a warrior & the future is very, very bright.

I am a fan of Charnze, I have been since he started and was upset he left but remained a fan through his time at Canberra.

He was as good for them as I expected him to be but their game did not suit him. We get to see him in a team that is built for him, led by Egan, and laid down by a dominant forward pack.

I am stoked he is back, he is the player we need at fullback.

Watching the replay the dirt Souths gets away with is a joke.

Latrell committed two high tackle shots on scoring players, elbowed SJ in the head, tipped Tohu upside down (lifting between the legs is meant to be an automatic bin if the player lands on his head like Tohu).

I see the Sydney media are sick of it and calling for Latrell to get a ban.

Cody Walker got away with two shoulder charges. It is no wonder their NSW cup thugs tried elbows to the face as well, this is what happens when Refs let one club become protected.

Firstly I think Webster deserves huge credit for a number of reasons. His team selections and the sleight of hand to name the starting line-up at the last minute is very good. When the team is finally revealed I think "Ah. now that makes sense".

The team are enjoying their football. They were smiling and happy going about their work, in contrast to the sullen Bunnies. The confidence that Webster has instilled in our team is an essential part of our power. How he has handled CNK is a classic example of how he has created a winning spirit in the team.

RTS no longer has to win us the game. He merely needs to do his job well and that is enough. Once playing in his left centre roll I predict he will become increasingly lethal due to him not having to carry the team on his shoulders.

The game plan, and our willingness to stick to it and play as a team is beautiful to watch. I think Webster and SJ both deserve commendations here.

Egan, SJ and Tohu are like a three piece magic show behind the ruck. Their ball playing has got to be amongst the very best I have seen in the Comp. The support play around this, added to our patience, is going to yield us a lot of points.

Every player did their job well. I think with Roger back at left centre and Capewell back our right edge defence will improve from yesterday and as others have said, we made adjustments at half time and improved in the second half.

One further comparison between CNK and Fatrell Bitchell I would like to make is on the defensive side around try saving tackles. CNK stopped a number of try scoring attempts late in the game by effort and good positioning. Fatrell by contrast was not able to prevent Berry or Ford scoring despite having an attempt. As I said in the Game Day thread I think have CNK back is great for our team and our style of play and having him and Roger in the team at the same time is a great luxury.

As others have pointed out TMM, Egan, Charnze, SJ and Tohu straigthened our attack up beautifully and looks like the blueprint for us going forward.

If we are able to get DWZ, Capewah and Dylan Wahker back for next week it is going to be a tough selection process.

I suspect with Bunty and Marata out Laban will get another game. I was stoked for him. He did his job well. Jazz probably will lose his spot to DW if the latter is fit.

Best game I have seen from Ale. I think he earned himself another game next week also.

Lastly, I had to watch the game again for a third time this morning as the two repetitions last night were a bit hazy 🍻

He deserves a really long ban for that. We are lucky he didn't connect with SJ and break something. Shit was deliberate and dirty. It could have fucked our whole season.

That GI wannabe is a bully and a coward but I honestly don’t think he means to be, he’s impulsive and reckless and needs to get help. And I hope he does, all that work he does for his people and youth etc is fine but they’re still watching him on the field acting a fool. I don’t wish him any harm on him but he’s gotta take responsibility for his actions and his attitude, there’s a scared little boy underneath that exterior and it needs to be addressed. I honestly don’t think he wants to play anymore, he’s just cashing in now. Get some help Latrell….cmon bro, walk away from the game for a bit at least and be the real inspiration you have in you inherently.

If Te Maire keeps this play up poor old Luke ain't getting back in when he is fit ahead of TMM.
I am trying to remember when we had multiple spine players pushing up together....don't think I have ever seen all four...the hooker, Halfback, Stand off and Fullback push through the middle third like they are now under Webster (ok so it was just one week, but they will try it again, maybe not this week, but it will start to become a thing).

Closest thing would be under Anderson, when players kept turning up to catch the second phase, but that is not the same as all four spine players getting involved.

I prefer seeing SJ and TMM with CNK at the back finishing off middle third breaks, rather than Websters plan to have Roger come into the middle in a Roving role.

Hopefully we won't need Roger to come in, hopefully he can stay out on the edge holding up the opposition three quarter line, keeping them honest while the little men do a Stacey Jones and cut right through the middle of the park looking for an offload or a pass.

Roger is better utilized in such a way that he spends all his time learning how to set up a Winger on an overlap. Otherwise if he is going to the middle often, you risk duplication with CNK already doing those Dummy half scoots.

Also to be frank, Roger was never the best support player of breaks, nor was CNK, which is why CNK doing it against the Rabbits should see him retain that role now.

It was gorgeous seeing 1 6 7 in a spearhead formation on the back of what 9 did.

It was multiple reply good.

And not having Roger being part of it is good because he is a defender magnet.

That first try to SJ I have replayed several times just watching the deception from Egan to put CNK through the gap. Its like a very good magic trick and watching it back again and again to pick up the slight of hand.

It was slick and it was so good it was made to look very easy.

Jazz did drop a couple of balls but as another poster has said - his defence was good, his energy was good also. He was in the right places when dropped the ball. In and out of the match day team doesn’t help that. He still has a role, albeit possibly 18th or 19th when we are fully fit. However, we may never have a fully fit squad to choose from. Jazz isn’t too old. 32 nowadays is like 28 - 15 years ago. In NZ for both league and Union - people are very quick to think players are past it when around the 30 mark. Jazz has the drive and is also a big part of the squads unity ….I would rather keep him and wouldn’t release him this season as some posters have mentioned 5 games into this season. He is still trying to get consistent time on the park - we jump on performances or mistakes to much - that’s only a snapshot of what happens in a game and in a training week. He is part of our jigsaw! Trust Webby’s decisions - we do in all other areas.

SJ seamed a lot more confident with TMM as his partner. I think there is more trust there.
I do feel for Metcalf, he was starting to grow on me and hate any warrior injuries but TMM is class!! Top two inches.
Also the solo try!! Not something we know him for but it was nice!!

Ive replayed it too and seeing it in the context of how much time Egan seems to have is quite admirable. I've been slow to sing his praises because of his propensity to get injured but to join the throngs of knew it alls, Egan is awesome. Egan is awesome combined with SJ CNK and TMM. What's Egan's middle name or can his mother get divorced and remarried to a new bloke whose surname begins with W, E or O B so Egan and become something like WWE, WEE, WOE or WBE. Then the triple initial spine will be unstoppable.

It's a phenomenal play - CNK is on the other side when the ball is played! That's the trickery.

Egan has two options, short ball to Tohu or longer ball SJ - The long ball is probably on which Souths defence are aware off, coming up to shut down the spread

Egan dummies long before popping short to CNK who has appeared from the other side, receiving the ball in space and virtually in line with the enitre Souths defensive line.

All of this deception from Egan has caused indecision in the middle and CNK needs only a half decent fend to break through some feeble defence. In 3 paces there is only Lattrell Mitchell between CNK and the try line

Screenshot 2024-04-08 at 11.19.54.webp

CNK shows all of the skills of a quality ball player, looks left immediately, looks right, looks left again before engaging Mitchell at speed, executing a perfect pass which at speed is much more difficult than he made it look

This one move had 7 different options that could have been taken - clinical set play move from a well drilled team.

I held off commenting so as not to post something that was over the top optimistic, but that was one of the most enjoyable games I’ve seen in a while.

Egan, CNK, TMM and SJ is by far and away our best spine, and I’m a Metcalfe fan.

Egan’s best game for us yet and there’s been a few. I’ve watched that dummy to Tohu line break assist play 100 times - it’s rugby league poetry.

Nailing Souths to the floor,
by 30pts and having the equal best defensive numbers (without a bye) will just about do me…..

But I shall wait for Bluey’s round before getting excited…

Jeez, the individual who ranked this game a C must be the real life of the party! Must whinge more than my Mrs LOL. Bloody hua!

One of the most clinical displays I can remember for a long time! To do what we did with 5 top line players out must give the boys a lot of confidence moving forward. CNK adds so much to this team, he put the FB debate to bed with his performance.

Mean buzz around the club, we getting a lot of attention and rightly so. Exciting times ahead. Oooosh
