I have a very well travelled friend who has just had the time of his life in Pakistan. He biked around for 4 weeks and he found the people genuinely friendly rather than angling for something like he has felt in other neighbouring countries.

It's not the people of Pakistan but the military dictatorship that is ruining the country and only adding to regional tensions. A morally and financially bankrupt nation which stays relevant through state sponsored terrorism.

They've been training and harbouring terrorists for a long time. You reap what you sow.

Us orginally. Then Russia and China and then US left more capability in country when they exited then the entire New Zealand defence force.

Right now? Probably India they just had a massive delegation to Israel. The next thing you know Taliban attacks Pakistan.
