I think as well, if you're a fringe player like Katoa (lol) or Blore were, being coached by Bellamy and having Paps, Munster, Hughes and Grant alongside you makes it an easy decision if you're being offered similar money from Storm or a few other teams.
If Storm are average next year, talk of Bellamy leaving and both Hughes and Munster in their last few years with no ace up their sleeve like Pezet, are they still the easy choice?
Maybe not. Maybe they struggle to sign those average to decent players on less coin like Stefano, Katoa and Blore, they might not appear to be the destination they currently are.
I imagine they will still have similar systems in place which as you mention have been great, but yeah, maybe that shine doesn't look as shiney in the near future
