It really is incredible if you think about it that we've scored 72 pts in the last 2 weeks with effectively our third string half back and only using 15 players for both games. Last week we never used TSS or Laban. This week we lost EIT and RTS today.
Ever do you have a keen eye, I forgot about the player machinations and that we played short.

Puts the game into some perspective for sure. Was good to see Tanner get a lot of minutes.

Good seeing Ivan in the stand to watch Jett playing.

Not the prettiest of games but two points in the bank and the highest on the ladder with points for and second best defence…. and facing the best defensive side next week.

Can’t wait!!!!
Timely that Ivan would have an innocent excuse to spy on our first grade side for next week.

Thanks Jett!

Pomps was playing 6 in nsw cup. 4/4 kicks.
When I asked in the NSW cup game day thread the boys thought he was playing at Center.....I couldn't tell coz Jett was so greedy I never really saw the other side of the feild! (tongue in cheek, kind of, not many replays and camera angles too, I will have to try find a replay).

Plan b has emerged on their LU forum. A few starting to get the feeling Nathan’s going to depart the panthers

THis is a post match thread for Warriors V Dragons if its not clear what is being discussed in this thread. Nathan Cleary plays for neither team so please atleast attempt to use proper threads/think before losting.

are you sure he wasn't also trying to spy on his only real threat for the premiership?

Some points I noticed.
Conditions meant a classic case in the cinditions of an opposition that drags your performance down to their level. That happened to some extent but limited by sticking to structure and defence. I thought Leka and Laban were patchy especially ball security but were both good in effort areas.

I thought the Dragons forwards showed good resolve but were seriously limited by one running Half that didnt run and the other didnt organise. They will get the spoon but those young forwards provide hope. Metcalf is a good recruit for them.

An expected win in crap conditions
If the Dragons had Wayde instead of Cook, they would be a much better side. Cook is a good runner but lacks the craftiness of Egan in bringing his forwards onto the ball. The number of times the Dragons forwards caught the ball on a slow ptb against our set defensive line is a big reason why they could never create any space in our red zone. Liddle doesn't solve that problem for them either imo.

If it’s not clear what being discussed, it’s the game yesterday, not Ivan or Nathan. Neither are on our team or staff so follow the proper threads, or think or some shit
I was following thread and they are talking about Ivan watching Jett play in NSW cup.

In nsw cup , they were also playing dragons. I think it's still appropriate to put in this thread.
