Gannon had a head knock last year too, aside from his history which is a shocker.

He might need to reevaluate his career choice. Still, Websters medics are the team you want making those calls, they have been managing Wade for years and others.

Managed Wade concussion and about 10 other players with ACLs 😂

I will start by saying I am very happy with our start this year like everyone else.

However I will die on the hill or Ali and Boyd not being first grade standard. So far we are getting through but the keep Boyd over Metcalf theme is outrageous. Its early rounds and definitive structures are easily tore apart. Knights were shockingly bad on our backrowers today
Don't know what games you have been watching, but Boyd is second only to Cleary in the comp on this year's form.

WOW!!
I was hoping Ford would get to take a conversion. Fairytale stuff for him and Hanson.
Not so much for Gannon. Hope he's ok
We are looking so good. Unbelievable what the club is putting together. Runaway tries to props and halves. I'm loving it so far.
Metcalf to come back through the reserve grade maybe? I wouldn't want to move Tanah while he's having fun.
One concern I have is Leka from today. He didn't look right when he scored and he was hobbling in the second half. I don't like him at centre even in emergencies. Hes so much better at 2nd row. I'm not sure he likes being there either
2 more points and a great for and against and a couple of players at the top of the Dally M.
Somebody pinch me. Or maybe don't. I'm loving this
Not a fan of Leka at centre either. Didn't disgrace himself and got a meat pie but to me doesn't seem comfortable

We were very good. Knights were poor & we, for the most part, punished their mistakes.
Vaimauga's cover D showcased our effort. Frizzell's lack of intensity in getting back 10m on the play that Ford scored showed theirs
I'm not sure that we should be saying the opposition is poor. IMO they all played to the best of their abilities (as we let them)

In reality, they just weren't good enough in all three games so far to foot it with us

What a game from Taine. He has the keep the number 1 jumper next week after that performance. Doesn't have the same physicality as CNK but offers so much more overall.
He's got some big fkn kahunas for a little fella! Looks dangerous whenever he gets the ball, like he he can spark something from nothing, always thought his size would go against him, but it can also work in his favour.

I have never seen a Warriors side with as much depth in the squad as the current team. Even in our prime years in the early 2000's this wasn't always the case. In every position we have very good players who can step in and there is no drop in quality and in some cases it makes us better. Halves, hooker, props, back rowers, fullback, and even wing when we have AKP not getting a look in. Maybe center is the only position that is not the case but we still have Pompey, Ali, Berry and Leka who can fill in there.

You need good depth to go deep in this comp because injuries will happen at the back end of the season. There is a different feeling to this Warriors team in 2026. I don't know what it is but Webby is getting the best out of players who look miles better than last year.
