Herbie Farnworth seen limping with ice around his hamstring at training today. Could be major - could be minor. Could be nothing at all.

Is anyone choosing to fade "J. Patston?" He is being bigged up a great cheapie purchase so i have listened to his hype and purchased him for $250K - but I am very skeptical that he gets any more minutes than last year?

He's got the inside running to start so I've gone with him too as a very low risk emergency edge along with Lisati.

We are at 17 out of 20 for the overflow league.

Can we find one (or 3) more to make it an even comp?

I will send the invite code to anyone keen

Payne Haas up to 59.8% ownership. This is the highest ownership I have seen in my time playing fantasy.
Guess that's one of the issues with Classic: Your H2H "Match-Up", by the half-way point in the competition, only show 3-4 exclusive players on each team.
Think I might get off the Haas Train. See who else I can nab.

This is why I think the bye rounds are awesome, it gives us the chance to mix things up.

You can chose to keep those guys you want at the end of the year, and sit them out when they're not playing due over the original period (If they play all 3 origins, they might miss up to 6 games over the 10 odd weeks around Origin), or get a few lesser players who will play 9-10 of those rounds to create more money and get more points around that time. If you're going well at that point - maybe you take the hit and drop 2 or 3 of those rounds, saving trades and keeping Haas, Cleary and co. Or if you need to make up ground, you can trade aggressively during those times.

So, for me if we're playing the bye rounds it actually prevents everyone having the same team come Rd 16
