Man the NRL needs to introduce the NFL style post match review committee separate to the judiciary to fine the players. All the gray area stuff that should be a fine, is a fine, a big one. And we dont have to bother with the "on report" bullshit. Then we can leave big offences for bins and send offs. Start pinging these guys $10k per infringement and they will police themselves.

Players subject to accountability measures receive a letter informing them of what they did, a video of the play in question, why they are being fined and how much it will cost them. They also receive information on how to appeal the fine. If they choose not to appeal, the fine is withheld from their next game check.
