If the Tigers without Luai can get 24 against the Broncos, im putting money on us being able to get to that mark or there abouts. The big question is can we keep them to less than that
They scored 5 tries. If they had their kicking boots on it is closer to 30 pts conceded by the broncs. Any team that scores that many pts should be winning the game. Tigers defense may have held up against the cellar dwellers (11 pts per game), but it certainly didn't hold up against us (26pts) or the broncs (46pts).

When the tigers were still in the fight with the broncs, Greg Alexander was basically saying the tigers won against warriors (was a minor glitch)and that the tigers were continuing that winning formula against the broncs🤣... I wanted the tigers to win, didn't think they would.... it showed they still inexperienced and playing on youthful exuberance, there defense slowly let them down in the end.... Can't wait to see where the warriors are when we face the broncs and the storm, good test for us

It was new tigers for 35 minutes and old tigers for 45 minutes.

I hate that Greg Alexander played for us. He actually hates us and never gives us our dues.

Brandy is the ultimate jaded warriors hater, so of course he's going to continue this false talking pt that we were lucky. Sure we got a bit jittery between minutes 50-70 which we can certainly improve on. But we won all the major stats of the game (outran tigers by 600 meters, 200+ more pcms, dominated possession, time in opposition red zone, higher completion rates, etc). So we were clearly the better team on the night when a more holistic view is taken of the game rather than just looking at the highlights, which is clearly all that Brandy and many other Aussie commentators look at before commenting on our games.

As for their performance last night, the Broncos were there to be beaten last night. Like Manly, they are traditional flat track bullies: they look amazing when the passes stick (ie rd 1 vs roosters and second half of last night). But if you get into a grind with them and start to win, you force Walsh into throwing ridiculous intercept passes that are just not on and they collectively start to lose the plot as a team, which is how Canberra beat them. Unfortunately Tigers are also an incredibly low percentage team at the moment and lacked the patience to make Brisbane pay for that 1st half debacle. In the second half, they just gave up and conceded the ruck to Brisbane which they kind of did in our game as well after Leka scored.
