Dogs and us got reality checks this week. Neither of us are Penrith just yet so we can't be sniffing our own farts. Happens to even top sides looking too far ahead. I feel we were both looking towards our rd 6 matches vs Penrith and Melbourne respectively.

Galvin blatant classic hip-drop, only a penalty - should've been 10 - Creighton blatant forward pass into burton's head for the assist, absurd call - the strip which was classic loose play the ball - all in the last 12 mins and then all the other smaller things, six agains etc. that was a hard hard watch - dogs attack stinks the place up tho... so some justice in the result
Ciraldo was an average player and an even more average coach.
Pretty crazy that Tannah has scored more pts than the dogs this year.

One of the games after September 11 there were a bunch of fireworks let off which understandably at the time freaked a lot of people out. Not sure if the club ever did anything about it.
Kind of like the RNZAF Hercules that flew low over Lancaster Park during an NPC game a couple of weeks after the attack. Certainly no harm meant in that and maybe no harm meant in Sydney, but a "We're really not in the mood for this right now. Wait until October for that shit. " chat might have been in order.
I can't say for sure if there were any "celebrations" in that part of Sydney over the attacks.
