That was a very soft penalty try, 2 defenders there and got sold the dummy is all. Penalty and probably bin sure but not PT
if I had a choice, I'd rather cop the penalty try than 10 mins in the bin and no try.
Just finished mowing the lawns etc. Are either of these teams (eels drags) looking any good?
Yeah it’s a hard one , concede a guaranteed 6 or risk the chance of more or nothing
Both fairly similar and giving it a decent crack, both probably 7-10 teams. Parramatta getting the bulldogs style special treatment a bit. Penalty try that shouldn’t have been and a player in the bin for a tackle that caused an accidental injury but nothing really in it

Seems to be the story of the Dragon's last couple of years, be in it all game but never quite get across the line
Eels are probably my closest ‘local’ team but Mitch Moses smugness and whining means I just can’t like them. Dragons are just kinda there, if not for their history like 60years ago they don’t really have any identity or purpose
poo slinger. But entertaining. Sydney media love the eels though. So no doubt they will be touted as a top 8 contender even though they are on track to have conceded 100+ pts in the first 3 games.
Dragons aren’t helping themselves, they’re making the Eels look better than what they are. Hope the Dragons can turn it around, another week of Parra being talked up as contenders doesn’t sound like fun
At what pt does Flanagan get some pressure? This is his 3rd year at Saints and no finals experience. Could be 0/3 if this continues. I see no improvement in their play since he's been there.

I feel like he is trying to recreate the 2016 Cronulla strategy. Grindy physical team that wins 14-10 every week. Problem is, it's hard to win that way if you are as ill-disciplined as they are. Need a clean out of their roster if he wants to play that way.
