Quite a crazy season. Penrith looked like it was business as usual in Vegas. I was hoping we'd turn around a poor 2024 season. If we did I was expecting a win, loss, win, loss type season. Not going on winning streaks like we have.

Newcastle fans are decent people and I am happy for them. We all know what it feels like to go through what they are going through. But they should just write this season off and start planning for the future. That Fletcher Sharpe has Metcalf vibes. Play him at half instead of mucking around constantly with the same convex combination that doesn't work (Cogger, Gamble,etc). Their current strategy is clearly not working given that they can only win when the other side is decimated. I reckon our 💙 Mighty NSW cup would have beaten them tonight.
