IF you are going to call 6 again for being slow in the ruck need to call that evenly. Can't say with inside 10 meters as the TV does not give the right angles.

What consistutes slowing the ruck down?
How long can a player legally be in the tackle for?

Technically the correct call. You can't tackle someone without the ball.

It's just awful that it can be called. The rule should be changed to allow for reasonable decision making.

An argument can be made whether you'd consider it a 'try scoring scenario' seeing as the likelyhood of Walker actually scoring off it was low.
