The Knights were good to watch.

Partly curiosity to see how they'd play Brown after a year of speculation about where they'd play him, how he'd fit in.

Ponga was looking a lot better. Might be a combination of being injury free and a new coach getting him a bit more motivated.

That can happen to a lot of teams across the NRL when they lose a half.

Crazy thing is you'd expect it for the Knights if it was Brown or Ponga. The two guys on million dollar contracts. Sharpe was looking good in that spine until then.

Also probably still a bit of the soft underbelly from the last few years when things don't go their way.

Smith looked good in the trials. But was playing a lot slower than Brown, Sharpe and Ponga were playing.
