I guess that allows him to sign DCE for $300k and employ DCE’s wife as the marketing manager and pay her $750k per year

He’s not young at 26 but can score a try from dummy half. 15 tries from 22 appearances in the season just gone. Judging by the state final we played in, Queensland cup isn’t as strong as NSW cup

Ah I was thinking of three departed players/ 26/28/28
but i accept that with a limit of 30 we simply cant keep them all and we ahve a great group of 19/22 year olds coming through.
Wasnt that 30 a 35 years back?

Ale I would have liked to see get more opportunities and Kalani Going wasn’t being used so can understand. Have to see if it turns anything up? We might end up with better?

Shiet considering we're paying Niukore 800k and his contract will be up for 2026 I would find another 150k on top of that contract to sign him. Would essentially guarantee our next 4 years or so we'd be giving Metcalf and co the best platform to work from

Apparently he needs some surgery in the offseason, Bennett apparently told him to go represent Aussie that was apparently a goal and then have the surgery after. On a shoulder I think ive seen over there? 1.91m and 110kg, we seem to lack that big imposing middle

Tino and Haas are outliers, not the norm




Interesting to look at the elite middle forwards. Players like Naufahu Whyte are showing that young middles are footing it with them too
