when it is Arm forced in mouth you only get tooth marks from the upper or lower teeth depending on what way the head opposes the arm tissue....so you see tooth indents and a straight line like a scratches from the other row of teeth if the mouth doesnt clamp down.
He has denture marks of a closing mouth.
I know because that was the argument in court by a orthodontist in a case I was involved in where someone head locked my face then tried to charge me with assault, those marks on the telly were clear and deep eh.
