Timoko has zero defense, gets scored on every game. Wahs should target him on Sunday. Pompey's a left centre, Mariner hasn't played a lot, Simonsson's injured, Toia's... Leiataua's playing NSWC so maybe McLean. Hiku wasn't bad last year so just went with incumbent.

Another player that I think is pushing for selection if he doesn’t select Tonga is Fonua Pole.

Last I heard he was thinking of playing for England as born there . He could also play for Nz as parents born here and has a Kiwi passport. But he is a proud cook islander!

Good for madge. Well done him. That team has too many ball handling play making stars and not enough worker bee players. The stars aren't enjoying themselves as they hardly ever get the ball as too many other dudes want the ball to make a play. Everyone is feed up. Only one or two defensive specialist players are in the team.
They can't enforce that, unless he plays for the Kangaroos in a match.

Both Ponga and Brimson had represented Aussie in 9s which they’ve apparently said doesn’t count. I think once he pulls a Kiwis jersey on, he can’t represent Queensland from them after as the rules stand I think?
Sorry - I misread your post. I thought you meant he was ineligible to play for the Kiwis. Yeah, if he plays for the Kiwis - under current rules he would then be ineligible for SOO. There was chat a few weeks back that the rules might change.
