Tickets to sit in the east stand are $85 for the Kiwis vs Samoa. Thats pretty steep
They never learn.

Miss appropriate Pacific culture, rip off the poorest demographic in Oceania, leave half full stadiums.

The Pacific cup is what they have colonized, a tribal cultural gathering of Polynesia.

A feel good festival of rugby league with roots in Carlaw park.

Fuckers. Hope it is empty.

Kini has to be fullback over Charnze IMO.
We are not going to be those Polynesian teams with 20 carries for 250m.

We need game breakers. Of which Kini has in spades.
McLean over Kris I feel is also the right call after this finals series. (That could change over the next 2 weeks)
Plus a 3 forward, 1 utility bench.

$85 is absolute madness.
I'd have Kris over Timoko for sure. Timoko is a awesome attacking threat. But he has DWZ traits on defense. And Kris is a little more physical than Timoko in both aspects.

Fair. But I kinda put Timoko in the same category as JFH in the sense that I think Stacey is just going to pick him anyway. Despite the fact that JFH hasn’t exactly set the NRL on fire this year.

(Not opposed to JFH being selected, more that “maybe” others deserve it more. But sometimes we just have to back our champion players)

Only for the middle bays. I'm on about the 25m line and it was $65 odd. I find that really reasonable, particularly when the equivalent ticket to the All Blacks ticket was about $165.
Gone are the days where it’s a good family outing without paying an arm and a leg for the whole night. Warriors is reasonable but union you’d probably have to go to npc to not be paying a fairly high admission fee

Not sure bout Kini, he hasn't played a full game since b4 he got injured.
I like Warbrick, Isaako is only in the team for goal kicking so does he go to fb or can someone else kick
Every week Timoko was getting scored on until they came up against the Warriors who didn't test him once which was mind boggling. I'd move Kris to right centre.
I'd like to see all our middle forward Kiwi hopefuls post contact meters, don't think JFH would be high on the list

I believe Kini play the whole game against the tigers? And was on the bench a few weeks before that.

And union is dying a slow death…

Not a model to copy. Appeal to the family market again like the Warriors do and you capture the next generation as well.

Cam George has explicitly said the cheap tickets are a way to get people coming back and that they make up for the lost revenue by selling heaps of merch. That's not really an option for the Kiwis, who might play twice in NZ a year if we're lucky.

I imaging the few kiwis tests have to run the whole NZRL organisation for the entire year.

They want to maximise the opportunity and are focusing on the short term over the long term.
