Frank Endacott slams Kiwis coaching call as failing to see the bigger picture
A former New Zealand Rugby League coach has blasted the decision to let go of Kiwis coach Michael Maguire as losing a man the national side was 'lucky to have'.www.rnz.co.nz
Don't you guys mean Kallus lololol
Stacey Jones and Nathan Kallus will be ready to coach the Kiwis in the future, according to Endacott, but it may be too soon.
The Thompsons at the Warriors in 2025 sounds goodI like the idea of the Thompson twins at the Knights and possibly the Kiwis, could be a formidable combination.
They probably just wanted to include a token Australian, no way he wins it though.Haas didn't even play in the first game against us so how can he be considered? Gotta be JFH as captain of a team that beat the two world cup finalists by a combined 80-0.
For the women I could see it going to any of the kiwi girls, but Hale is such a consistent performer I wouldn't be surprised if it went to her. Mele is deadly though!
Depends on who is judging. They probably just wanted to include a token Australian, no way he wins it though.

and for a prop to win it- 4 of the 5 judges were front rowers and locky aint gonna argue.Maybe I wasn't watching the games, or maybe I am just a homer, but I would have thought CNK deserved to be on the shortlist more than Joey Taps
Adrian Morely, Darren Lockyer, Jimmy Graham, Adam Blair, and Reuben Wiki; Bodes pretty well for NZ League not being robbed of another POTY award
I'd argue Tapine deserves to win the whole thing.. admittedly I didn't watch the Poms play Tonga though.Maybe I wasn't watching the games, or maybe I am just a homer, but I would have thought CNK deserved to be on the shortlist more than Joey Taps
I didn't see any of the England games so can't really comment, but if the English player had a blinder in every game I wouldn't begrudge them winning.Don't be surprised if the English guy wins it. It's mainly based on Internationals and they didn't lose a game. The English will want something to puff their chest out over.
I though that PNG #9 Ipape would make the final cut after being fantastic in their Pacific Bowl Final vs Fiji. On closer inspection he only played 2 Tests though.

Definitely…..how good is she to watch, deceptively quick tooI'd go for Hufanga for the women.
Tony kemps never gonna sign off on this.
