Fuck man, I see a few silver linings but maybe I'm just drunk.

On any day, any team can beat any one else. Manly, away, DCEs last game, we played like absolute shit, had 3 injuries mid game including a 6 min Rocco special. And we only lose by 1?

No where near our worst performance of the year, despite it being pretty bad haha.

Healey - locked himself in for next week imo.
TSS - Has tried hard and played well but he still has a long way to go. Ford replacing him next week improves us hugely.

If we compete at 90% next week, limit our errors and with Ford, Egan and hopefully a good centre, and we're a chance.

No signings incoming for 2026 is a worry really, though I'm hoping the Souths winger can be fit.
Yes, a lot of talk about building a dynasty but I think our style is very limited and Webster has bought players in to suit that style.

Hopefully in the off-season there’s a real rethink of the details of our game plan.

2 seasons in a row we’ve played a high intensity game plan and had our season derailed by injuries - and we finished 23 running on fumes as well. And we’ve got a recruitment strategy of injury prone players as well…

Enough doom and gloom though, we’ve got some finals to play!

And what do you think is going to happen next year?

If history has shown us anything it's that AW reverts to type regardless.
Cant argue with his results though, and in order to back him I choose to believe that we are always on the brink of collapse and its only Webby holding us together.

Get rid of
DWZ
Marata
Boyd
Berry
And take the Captaincy off Fish, get Metcalf, Barney, new juniors, and maybe we'll have a shot

I didn’t hate that game. I was expecting us to get pumped by 40 points. Two teams making loads of mistakes. DCE drop goal to win it.

We’re in the finals but expected to make up numbers. Still want us to support the boys as they have overachieved even with the injuries. They may not be the warriors of old but they hang in there and give 100% effort. Good culture just execution is off.

Erin Clark absolute buy of the year. Boyd looking better but he’s a nsw cup level half. Good signs for next year. I wouldn’t blame berry if he took a Japanese rugby contract. Good player but not enough meat on the bones. At least he’ll get the green whistle treatment tonight.

How the hell do we beat the panthers??! Food poisoning?

I liked what EIT brought and then he gets injured which is peak Warriors this year. Really poor by us. Not sure what we are doing at training. Just hoping next week we do not get flogged by 50.

I hope next year Webster has some reflection on what he wants the team to be. I have no problems with the kicks to the corners and pinning them down. When we stick to our defensive structures (Which we have not been doing lately) we are a good defensive side. Our attack though...

I think when Metcalfe was playing we relied on his speed too much. We need something more. I would prefer we drop CNK and get a faster fullback who can support players when they make a break. I also hope either Miller or Kali start ahead of DWZ. We need some plays around Leka or anything that gives us more variation.

Good post bro, lifts us up.
I forgot all about jackson thats who we're missing, as long as he stays error free.
