Support Help Required - Warriors Match List

Hi,
Need some volunteers who are able to go through and enter in the warriors matches main info (see below as an example) into a form i can provide access for. Essentially need , the info in the format below, so NRL Season, Round number, the opposition, match date, scoreline, location, and score (warriors score first). Will need to be entered into a restricted part of the site.

If you need further help with who was in that team, I have all Warriors matches with who played when and where and what position included in my Warriors stats from 1995 to 2013 if that helps too @tajhay

2. select TEAMS.
3. scroll down, select Warriors
4. select SEASONS
5. scroll down to pick a season
6. scroll down, select Warriors, select a game
