Hope they make sure his thumb is all good before putting him onto the bench. Our attack looks awful without our middles passing/offloading. Thats been the biggest improvment for the team had between last year and this one. So during that tigers game when it was barney with a broken thumb on for fish and TSS on for clark, and Niukore on for Laban, we just looked like mud. Could only really run crash play after crash play.

I actually misunderstood this reply at first, I was more getting at the fact its very easy to take a back seat and run around reserve grade when you have 4 rings. Luai has nothing to prove, while Metcalf has everything to prove.

I'd run around in reserves for that much money too. Luai's looked like an egg from the outside but he's been to the top of the NRL more times than most will ever do. Thankfully we have Fish who's sat up there too. I'd love for Metty or Tanah or Jett fuel or anybody to take us all the way for the first of many to come.
