It was good seeing Parker let his hands go. That was a good shot.

Bikole got up and if you are by the ropes it's probably natural to use them to assist. At 300 pounds he looked like he needed them.

Seen debate that he got up at 6. It was a bit weird as he was right in the corner and he looked at his trainer who was up.

He's definitely not a flubber.

he's a serious prospect.

Huge win for Parker - KO's a prospect everyone has been avoiding.
Did you look at him? He was overweight af. Even the commentators said so. That his next fight he needs to get in shape. He got one decent shot on Parker?

I didn't say he wasn't a good boxer.

Looked wobbly to me. I think in boxing even if you get up the ref needs to know you are all there and your legs can hold you up and walk forward, I think that's why he called it off.

I've seen one YouTuber before the fight bringing up Parkers weight.

The talk from the Parker fight was they had put in on properly with proper diet and a good conditioning coach. The way he looked, it looked like he carried it well.

He was wobbly has hell on the way down. I didn't see an angle or replay where he walked after getting up. It looked like he got up and was leaning on the ropes, that is an indication in itself.

It looked like he didn't get to the point where the ref asked him to show his hands and walk forward. He was facing his corner.

It could have been when he was in the corner facing his trainer the ref was asking if he was ready to continue and he didn't answer.

I don't have an issue with the stoppage. With the 6 count at getting up, plus the interaction in the corner it likely was up to 10.

This main event is just as intriguing as their first fight.

Bivol looked like he had a different game plan in the first few rounds. Then it started looking like the first fight with Beterbiev walking him down. Looks like it starting to sing again now.

The commentators are high on Bivols' defence. But Beterbiev for a pressure fighter has great defence as well. His hands are always back in place. Hard to counter when he finally gives you a break.

Two real high class fighters.

Do you following boxing? Had you even heard of Bakole before hand?

He wasn't in a training camp and only arrived in Saudi 12 hours before the fight - of course he is not going to be in the best shape.

The Bakole corner stopped the fight apparently ....

It is kinda similar to when Parker beat Ruiz. People saw a fat guy lose that was a bit of a joke, same fat guy became world champion by knocking out Anthony Joshua.

I think Parker has earned the right to be taken seriously as a fighter, after he beat Wilder he deserves to be measured by a high standard, even if he knocks out another dangerous fat guy.

That fat guy is six foot six with hand speed, he was winning round two, had Parker hurt, JP responded by throwing the boxing out the window and brawling the guy.

A decision lead by them being former sparring partners no doubt, no fear in other words on Parker part.

I would love JP to get another shot at AJ in the shape he is in. I would love Parker to throw the boxing out the window mid round like he did this fight and smash AJ hard in the head.

When you look at what Parker has done since leaving Kevin the fraud Barry it is amazing.

His new team have identified his weaknesses (footwork and punching power) and made him heavier, harder hitting, and given him some ring craft.

Now it is a race against the ageing clock for Parker, can he get the big names? can he get one more shot at the big boys?

Parker called out Usyk after the fight

Nope, never heard of him before. But what makes my comments wrong about him being a flubber. Feel like you just want to be contrary.

Before the fight I saw some highlights of Bakole and was interested to see the size difference between him and Dubious as he looked huge.

A change of opponent means adjustment especially if the body shape or stance changes.

Dubious listed at 1.96 and Bakole at 1.98. Park is listed at 1.93.

I don't know if the size difference would have been noticeable between Parker and Dubious as it was with Bakole. Bakole fights a lot more upright where Dubious does hunch down a bit. Their body shapes are also different.

It will be interesting the next fights scheduled. It's an amazing turn around from Parker after the Joyce fight. Hard work and focus paying off.

Bakole is a killer, nobody wants to fight him. He dropped Usyk and KOd Dubois in sparring although it’s really bad form to let sparring details out to the public which he’s been doing a lot lately. He’s doing it to drum up interest and it’s worked. He’s a very skilled boxer for a big man too. He has always had stamina issues though.

Regardless, that punch takes him out, fit or fat because it was early before fatigue had set in and Bakole has won the first round.

How pumped was Parker when they said that was his opponent though? Parker seems to be so confident at the moment and a real belief in himself. Think he peaking
