Well if you think something it must be true then, have you had much experience with football clubs and how they run or are you just self taught by your own thoughts?
Huh?
You also seem to have a very intricate knowledge of how the Warriors run the club and their strategies and even seem to be about to read the coach's mind, it is quite incredible.
lol based off? Since when do I post on the inner workings of the Warriors?

I think the origin of this conversation was around a team being built around webby via pathways and us shifting away from external recruitment. Kinda like how Ivan had a team built around him from 2007 to about 2011. And again when he went to the Panthers.

So if I guess the argument was, if we are waiting on pathways to develop a premiership team do we need webby to be here for it?

Not to start the debate again or anything. Also I could be wrong here.
I've posted on here - a while back - that I wonder if coaches are like players in terms of being the right fit for the right position.
Like how RTS is a better Fullback than Centre, Webby and co might be able to get the team to be regular finalists by doing the "boring" stuff - ie training, setting pathways etc - but maybe lacks the mental skills/motivational skills to get just that little bit extra. So while you never kick anyone like that out of your club, you might gently point out that maybe they're best now being assitant to Ivan/whoever can pull the showstopper trick of a GF Win.

TBH, I'd love for us to have that "problem" like the Sea Eagles, Sharks, or Manly—always making the top 8 but never getting past the semi-finals. But unlike those teams, our squad on paper just isn’t on the same level as the Knights, Sharks, or Eagles, except for 2023 and 2024.
2023 was incredible, and 2024 was one of our worst years for injuries. So, who knows?

As for Roger, I honestly think he fits better as a winger at this stage of his career than as a fullback. The game has changed too much, and wingers are essentially semi-fullbacks nowadays.

The funniest thing reading through all of this is Websters supposed bias against local players. Bloody hell. Demetric and Leka are both very young but have become mainstays in the 17. EIT has been rewarded for hard work with a contract and being 18th man lately.
Yes we are running with two battle hardened second rowers at the moment but you can see the succession plan with Laban and Halasima.

Also the handshake between Demetric and Luke on full time hardly seemed to scream a cultural divide
