Has it been on the market this whole time?

The reason why I phrase it like that is when I look locally, I see some houses often and it is listed as being on the market 30 days or something. Even though I've seen it listed 6 months ago. Some I've seen make it like the market is tough.

Still, after moving to Australia, it would be frustrating to have a house in another country that you need to sell.
