Re the Sharks vs Roosters. Sharks
were underdogs and playing at home as well and haven't been playing great but yet they managed to beat Roosters.

Whats your point?

"hadnt been playing great"......they had won 7 out of their last 8 games lol.....including beating the Roosters several weeks earlier.

Roosters who have been up and down all year had won 5 of their last 8......why would Sharks have been underdogs?

What I meant was Roosters went in as favourites. My point is I guess I'm a bit pissed off and jealous that they won and we didn't. We finished 6th and still got rewarded with a home play off so it would have been good to win it. Difference was Sharks team is better than ours.
What makes it worse is that we maybe the only home team to lose this play off round

Nah i get that, tbh our performances at home in front of sell out crowds have been soo disappointing.

I still wouldnt have had Roosters at favourites tho

Don't think you can knock the effort. We had a good opening 20 but couldn't score. Clearly wrestled the game back like the world class player he is and we could easily have lost the game there, but we hung in well.

The 2nd try was a killer really because I didn't feel we were going to score twice without reply. Seen them given as a double movement before, but very 50/50 I'd say.

Get back into the game, but could just tell it wasn't our night when they kept juggling the ball but keeping hold, Dylan Edwards managing to stay in play and then the winger doing it twice in 1 tackle. Great D and you think we've got a set starting about 40 out.

The try though is just a freak bounce. He got there very quick so he must be rapid, but the big annoyance is the pass is clearly forward, right in front of the ref and he plays on.

Been a good season albeit feels a little flat, we've a few things to work on, but I think the injury to Barney hurt us and we were missing Metcalf for large chunks as well.

Good to be back in the playoffs though.

Not sure if this has been posted, kinda interesting that now they are worried about the bunker being involved to much when they go through every try looking for a reason to disallow them already, why not add howler forward passes

He will do well at centre if we choose to go that route. Couple of moments he would’ve liked back but they’re easy fixes. We just need to get him early ball in space he’d be unreal.

I thought he was our best option to defend Dallins wing ( no Rocco no leiataua no mgt??). Yip he is star in the forwards but with a bit more game time at centre connecting with Dallin who knows how last night might have played out??

Raiders lost a 95 minute thriller at home and are a chance of dropping out in straight sets at home due to a short turnaround
