Berry's head was the colour of a strawberry all night but I'm pretty sure it was his hammy that made him leave the field?

I think the clarett was flowing from like the 10th minute lol. Who knows with that guy, he's held together with chewing gum and duct tape at this point

Well fuck, if Ali (gotta be a niggle or something) and Rocco are injured forcing capes back to center then I don't think we can read too much into what the new main 17 will be. As both Laban and TSS are picked.

But man this is a ballsy pick, going for inexperience potential over experienced safety. Because if he was going for bunty or Ale then they would be picked here for sure.I' m all for it as this will help us long term over any other choice but it could backfire in the short term. With this kind of team we may look good this year but we'll look down right scary for years after.

Id prefer Ali to centre, Capewell to edge and Leka to replace TMM on the bench.
That would give us the option of Capewell to centre if things break down, with everyone else pushing out one/Roger to FB...

Good team.

Ford is the natural replacement for Barnett, engine, off the ball work, kick chase, leg speed.

Good to see four young bucks make the team this year, that also suggests we are going to mitigate the loss of Fords bench impact with the energy of the young guys. Moving Capewell to center has the added bonus of allowing more youth on that bench.

Liking this team a lot.

Hope that we can just contain the Sharks for the first half, do that and we can start building for a close win or loss.

Otherwise, we on paper are looking at being blown off the park by a battle hardened Bogan scrum.

Looks like they think Capes is a safer centre option than Ali at this point then. I like it, Sharks OB's are dangerous, I feel more reassured we can dominate them with Capewell out there.

The omission of Bunty tells me he's gone next year... weird one with Ali (reserves) and capes @ centre ... sharkes have some speedy backs.. TMM extra playmaker also covers other positions... Very interesting these picks..
