do you find it odd though? I mean I'm similar to you in that I spend 0 seconds on an average day thinking about them as well. IMO people have a right to live their life as they wish. But.... it also gets out of hand and I think people are right to question and oppose this when it impacts or is pushed in to other areas, particularly where it shouldn't. I mean trans wanting to compete in women's sport is an easy example of this. When you push a narrative of 'I feel like a woman so you must recognise me as a woman' and that is largely accepted then it obviously opens up issues. I feel like a woman so recognise me as a woman > Ok then, doesn't bother me > I'm entering woman's sport > ummmm yeah, how is that going to work.... I don't think so
That's just one example I guess. And there is also a wide spectrum of stand points from you go girl, you are a strong independent woman > yeah cool, wear a dress if you want > it's completely wrong, you have a mental illness
