The intelligent view is that the USA was built on freedoms that are different from ours.
Americans have the right to bear arms, defend themselves, even choose their own shower head.
That doesn’t mean anyone condones the actions of extremists who go on shooting sprees or assassinates.
At the end of the day, it’s America’s issue to resolve, and it should be decided by their voters, not dictated by outsiders.
