Back in the 1930’s and 40’s the conditions were made so bleak for the Jews in Germany that they jumped at the offer of resettlement to the east, only that’s not where they went when they voluntarily chose to leave the horrible way they were being treated and living in Germany. The result was over 60% of European Jews exterminated. I hope world is watching on so this doesn’t happen again
