Wasn't this supposed to be happening be before Christmas, then after Christmas, then a few weeks ago and now within the next fortnight? I'm guessing if you through enough shit at the wall, sooner or later something will stick.

But, as you say, get the popcorn ready because, although it seems the coalition may be forming the next government, some in the Nats are apparently upset that there may be a swing towards NZF (I could potentially live with that) and ACT (heaven help us all) and some lower on the Nats list may miss out.

Not sure of the outcome but when these things start to pick up momentum there's usually a reason.

I find it interesting that the media keep bringing this up as, if Labour lose the next election, Chippy will be the first Labour leader since Bill Rowling to lose two elections in a row. But the silence from the media about Chippy makes you think he's untouchable.

TBH, neither party have outstanding "replacements" for leader in their ranks.... but I that's pretty much the standard of most, if not all politicians, these days.

Current system..... increase the numbers.... increase their pay.... decrease the standard.

Solution.... cut the numbers down.... increase their pay.... increase the standard.

The current superman villain lux luthor as sitting pm has shown why as much as they are cunts, they’re special cunts and a ceo in the role isn’t cutting the mustard often trying to slink into the shadows and let everyone else front. I couldn’t believe at Christmas that he didn’t have the balls to front on our one political show and least offer some optimism in trying times. I would say he’s about to be rolled and not before time, learning on the fly hasn’t worked but that party is full of a special breed that the successor is going to be interesting
