Winston and Seymour going at this right now with Air NZ
Air NZ is a basket case. They lost the NZ public with wokeness and relying on national identity to keep them going when all the travelling public wanted was an airline that did the business.

I amongst many others was a loyal soldier but no more as they sold us down the river with their exorbitant fares and shoddy service.

How come Qantas can make mega profits in a country that supports many other airlines but we can't?

Restate what I said earlier, Go Woke, Go Broke and it started with Nude Nut. I mean, who the fuck needs an electric plane and run their engines on used Chinese takeaway cooking oil. FMD.

They need to focus on what/who pays the wages, KISS, not some idealistic bullshit.

Agreed but we now have the two Government vice captains going at each other over the sale more for their own political agendas imo and nothing to do with what is best for NZ

Nah, Seymour is as Seymour does. He belongs to Atlas, to the neolibs. He is who he is.

Wiz's obsession is delusional. And that's just his far right tendencies let alone the stalking like comments about our former prime minister. :)
It was more of a comment on tribalism in politics. A few years ago, Key was heavily criticised by some for "abandoning NZ after he'd ruined" it because he brought an apartment in Sydney.... the fact that his main residence was still here and he brought it as a base for when he was in OZ as part of his role in the ANZ banking group didn't matter at all.

I'd pretty much guarantee that those having a go at Ardern now, would have been defending Key those years ago and those now defending Ardern, would have been attacking Key.

Same arguements... different targets... tribalism.

TBH, I find it pretty boring and there's far more to be concerned about in NZ (and the world) now than where a former PM is living.

Agree 100. Dig deeper in Wiz's comment history you'll see it's....well......personal.

Isn't that right Wiz.

Key's accelerated citizenship gift to Peter Thiel on the other hand, now that deserves more scrutiny

You have it completely wrong.

No hatred from me, I’m HAPPY for her that she’s seen the light, turned her back on the failed NZ experiment and moved to a far right countries like the us and now Australia with all there benefits!

She’s switched sides 🀣

You’ve spent a lot of time on the Gold Coast and I’m on holiday here now.

What’s the difference in attitude between NZ and Australia?

Obviously surfers is an unnatural snap shot but even on the radio you hear a lot more economic focus (eg interest rates changing, inflation, etc). The resources sector is seen positively with big media campaigns about the benefit (0.1% of land used but employing 500,000 people and $120b to the economy).

There’s a lot to not like about surfers from a non tourist perspective but the rate of change and development is pretty common world wide while NZ moves at a snails pace. We seem to be falling way behind. The constant change and growth on the Gold Coast is breathtaking.

Just after an experts views.

Ps looking at Trumps new section now

Hi Wiz .Hope you are enjoying your holiday(lucky fn capitalist) ;)

Mate I havent lived there for many years. When I left it was still party time in my life & football of course.

Surfers is a shithole now & was becoming that way even before I left (26 years ago).

I always love watching NRL games in the sports bar on the huge screens in the Casino
