How much is each countries operational deficit?
This means how much is the GDP per capita underpinned by the govt borrowing and spending - ie not spending the economies economic turnover but using borrowing to fund everyday costs?
Do we have a HUGE govt deficit? Should we borrow more to fund teachers pay - which the other comparable countries aren’t doing?
