I'd love to know, since he's completely surrounded by HexRacks, how did he climb into there?

I'm currently having to apply for a Customs number because of the value of the HexRack I'm bringing into the country - just one section.... not the dozen or so he's got.

Bit of a battle with customs as they're not just taking screenshots of the Ebay transactions showing the value of what I purchased but want the links and passwords to my Ebay account... no way am I giving anyone that password!!! Gave them a link to sweetwater.com showing their price for it.

BTW, if you want to see what you can do when you've got an unlimited access to HexRacks, here's how Yamaha introduced at NAMM back in 2012...

Slightly different to what I ordered. Just got a few more clamps for toms and a third cymbal boom

Crazy stuff, looks like you’re climbing aboard a space ship

I wasn't much of a Motorhead fan when I was young. Like a lot of bands I'd be limited to one song. For them Ace of Spades.

Over the last 10 years I've been listening to them a bit more.

I have a covers album. They do a good version of Louie Louie. Also a couple of songs Lemmy wrote for Ozzy in the 90s. Desire and Hellraiser I think they were. Also Breaking the Law from Judas Priest.

Stage two of the upgrade is complete with the arrival of a tuning bot, a cymbal boom, heads and clamps/memory locks.

Stage three has been an absolute nightmare... hardware including a Yamaha rack, tom arm and a couple more cymbal booms. They've been held up by the courier company because they wanted me to proof the value of the hardware, if it was over $1,000 NZD and, if it was, whether I'd already paid GST on it. They also wanted to know if I had a Customs Client number.

They've been sent the invoice three times showing I'd already paid the GST as I brought it through Ebay..... and wanted it a fourth time. They then wanted me to give them my Ebay username and password so they could check the value of the goods... no way was I giving them that and gave them screenshots of the sales. They applied for the Customs Client number on my behalf, were sent it but have asked me for it three times.

Finally, this morning they've finally agreed to release for delivery.... but only after I phoned up and complained to a manager and sent him all the email trails.

But, the stupid thing is, they only stopped it because of it's size... it's in a large box so it must be expensive. It's around $1,200 inc. GST and shipping. But the same company had released the cymbals in the pictures above without asking their value, GST and if I had a Customs Client number and, to replace them, is three times the price of the rack and other hardware.

Freightways... pissing people off since 1964!!!

Now I'm stuck in a circular argument with eBay (and most likely an AI in their customer service department). This morning, the last package arrived but it's not all there. There were supposed to be four things in the package but instead there's only three.

The music store was closed by time it arrived here so still sent them an email asking them to tell me if there was two packages or only one. If they'd only sent one, where was the last item?

Then got into the circular argument from Hades with eBay. Email them to say that only three of the four items paid for had arrived. Got an automated email back saying it had checked with the sender and said there was only one (but the store had already closed for the evening so I don't know who they'd checked with) and they had checked with the Courier company and the item was still to be delivered (even though NZ Couriers site said they were only tracking one parcel and their tracking system said it had already been delivered).

Went back saying it had been delivered and not everything was here. Told it still was to be delivered and now the case would be put back to 24 March to ensure there was enough time for me to receive it.

In the meantime, Yamaha are running their stock numbers down and not supplying stores because of Trump's tariffs in the hope they're removed.

ARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great drummer gone here Mike

My favourite at the moment is their version of Heroes
Goodbye Phil and Lemmy
We're all getting old. I bought the Bomber album back in 1980 or 81 and I've been a fan ever since

Quite the resume to have assisted lsd for the Jimi Hendrix experience among his time as a roadie for them. They had some real energy Motörhead, always thought that logo was one of the most iconic too
