What’s the ceiling on this guy. Think he’s looking a bit bigger in that picture too
Like old Keith Quinn lost for words over LomuIt's such a pity that the commentator's call on that knights buzzer beater wasn't more 'iconic' it's the one flaw in that clip
I prefer seeing the in living room shots of the broadcast of Leka's try - cos we were us, it was sheer joyLike old Keith Quinn lost for words over Lomu
Was in shock at what I’d witnessedI prefer seeing the in living room shots of the broadcast of Leka's try - cos we were us, it was sheer joy
There's a couple. One is on Fox: "It's charged down, play on Warriors, charging through. Halasima...Halasima has scored for the Warriors." Bit dry. It's such a pity that the commentator's call on that knights buzzer beater wasn't more 'iconic' it's the one flaw in that clip
That "Sonny Bill" out the back of the hand offload has definitely reinforced for me that he's destined to be an edge forward rather than a middle. He’s got a great offload. What a talent overall though
It would be marvellous to see him properly developed and reach max potential.18? crikey, he is going to be a big lad when he grows up. Only problem with these young guys who develop early is that they are so used to bullying the smaller guys that when they play against hardened NRL players they tend o quit. I think the team now has the structure in place to stop this happening.

The other one is Nine Wide World of Sport. That's the one I like: "Charged down, it ricochets, space here...look at him go! Halasima! It's on! Footwork! Trysaver! He's over!! With momentum!! Aw, Leka! Halasima for the Warriors. Can you believe what you have just seen?"
It's more like a radio commentator building up to totally losing his shit. Then Joey Johns, probably in tears, asks "Is there a defibrillator in here?"
The comparison with Sam Lousi might be apt. Huge lad too that killed in the earlier grades but never really made the transition to first grade where he was just one of many big units. I think we've learned from past development mistakes tho. When he comes up to first grade, Bishop will be ready.18? crikey, he is going to be a big lad when he grows up. You're right bro. Don't reckon he'll be fast tracked unless he pulls a Leka and dominates beyond his age.Wanna see how he goes against men. Where his size and power are largely negated.
Fair bit of developing yet i feel

Big difference between this guy and Sam Lousi, is that he has some good speed for a big guy, and good attacking nouse (putting guys in great position and an awesome offload). Sam's downfall was lack of speed and to break the line and cause doubt in the oppositions D, you need to threaten the line with speed and or power which Neal has tons of. Sam was slowish, this gut can take half a gap and has an offload. In my opinion he is much much more suited to succeed at a high level in League than Lousi. I am glad Lousi has done well in Union, but I believe this guy has all the tools to be a break out star Ala Leka (potentially better in the long term), the only concern would be fitness and defense. The comparison with Sam Lousi might be apt. It would be interesting to know how his contract is structured because he was extended at the same time as Jason Salalilo and Makaia Tafua and Five&Last said on the recruitment thread a few days ago that Salalilo comes into the top 30 in 2027? Neal is of course a bit younger and all 3 were extended until the end of 2028Big difference between this guy and Sam Lousi, is that he has some good speed for a big guy, and good attacking nouse (putting guys in great position and an awesome offload).
