Tonga vs Samoa should be played in Auckland not Brisbane. NZ has more passionate fans than Aus. What a joke Australia RL is.
I think it’s a near sell out in Brisbane .
Will attract more people than the same game at Hamilton or Mt Smart

Yeah this is it. As much as I'd love the game to be in Auckland, it's tough to argue with 50k at Suncorp.

Didn’t see it, but judging by this post on the LU forum he went alright
Watching Fiji v Cook Islands. Fiji easily the better team (when they can be bothered, that is) but one shining light for the Cooks is our Caelys-Paul Putoko. Real talent, that kid. Look out for him forcing his way into FG sooner rather than later
Only saw bits but he made an awesome break down the left side at one stage, put a step on Bula too. Vossy and Cronk were loving him.
Think he got shifted to the wing for Ioka, because Ioka was defending at the back during the last 20.
CPP still looked sketchy under the high ball, might be why he was moved to the wing.

OK fair enough. A bit of a stupid question but are most of the Tongan and Samoan fans attending the game live in Brisbane/Australia or will a lot of them go over from Auckland to watch the game?

There’s a big PI population in Brisbane
A lot of them come direct from the PI to Aus as well as Kiwi Pi moving from Nz
Generally speaking most people in SEQ would have more disposable income than say in Nz

You'd hope that's the case. It'd be weird if the bench stayed as CHT, Sasagi, Molo and Ioelu. Very small bench and the make up is weird.
This coach is a bit out of it though. He played Stephen Crichton at 6 two years ago and it backfired big time.

It is fascinating how bigger countries colonize smaller countries, sport is just another vehicle.

This also ensures they financially outmuscle the competition in other countries.
Next they take control of the decision making.

Then they colonize the Judiciary.
