I think our team is coming together. The team plays better with CNK at the back. RTS and DwZ are coming into form.

Pompey is Mr reliable and Berry solidifies his edge.

CHT was my player of the day. Everywhere important in attack and shut down their playmakers in defence. Boyd is building and gaining confidence.

Our pack is our strength. The young guys getting experience and some old heads in there.

Coming together for finals.

Not sure if it was living in Australia during covid. I doubt as a lot of the guys have moved on.

Could be Webster since it's been since he arrived.

We do seem to play better in Australia. I'm usually more nervous at home on our dewy ground. We can get out to a good start but it ends up evening out.

We have lamented our travelling issues over the years. So, whatever the reason it's great that we travel well now.

Grand Finals are won in Sydney not Auckland.

No Sharks were with 2 points from the bye. If Warriors had lost, they would have been in 5th spot. With the win, they jump the sharks and put some space between themselves and the Panthers. The Warriors needed that win.
they shouldn't be adding bye pts until end of the round. That's like giving a team a win before the game has been played.

How Depressing is Alexander as a commentator he drags the usually flamboyant Vossy down to his level with his negative remarks, damn vossys the next best hype man from Rabs but please don't ever ever put those two together again.
He should be banned from commenting our games. His bias is so bloody obvious.

Overall happy with the bench use.
mix of youth and injecting them at the right time is crucial to keep momentum going.

We got sloppy in the last 8mins
Really sloppy stuff from some of our senior players. Need to do better next week.

Parra with Moses is a different team. He looks fresh after a long layoff

But tonight we enjoy a great victory !!

Let's hope we can finish the year with one of our centres playing right centre. Pompey at left centre.

Capewell in the back row and not filling in at centre.

CNK at the back.

See what we can do seeing out the season in guys playing in their preferred positions.

Yep, he's a shocker alright.
Rather have Blocker anyway he loves our young big boppers.

Don't expect meaningful questions from a pitchside reporter, bro. Even if the player shows up in a pink tutu with no undies, a pair of speed dealer shades, a smoking bifta in his mouth, and a pierced scrotum, the post-match script must always run thus:

"How did that feel out there?"
"It was tough. Bit of an arm wrestle. Good to get the win."
"Well done."
If its Chook Halligan he's known to say stuff like "Looks like the players were going at it hammer and tongue."
