I haven’t read many of the posts in here recently but I can go down the rabbit hole like the best of you. This is about 11mins long but with a bit of humour throughout, goes into how certain US media is being silenced.

Jon Stewart and Colbert used to be edgy when I was a teen. Now they are horrific partisan hacks who regurgitate the democratic party line. Up until the dems lost that is, now JS seems to have had an epiphany. They reason they can get cancelled is they are corporate shills, beholden to the machine, something that Joe Rogan went independent to avoid.

"Corporate Shills"; "Beholden to the machine" - ah, the great far right conspiracy theory disinformation.

Trump is the swamp Frank. You've been had.

Issues with the media in the U.S is across both sides of the political spectrum.

As much as "fake news" is a meme. There is some truth to it. Some of the big news outlets that traditionally would be looked at as the top end of journalism have slanted articles or have written things that are outright false.

The Washington Post, the New York Times.

I've seen them list in articles that they have reached out for people when they hadn't. If they have it is after the article is written to tick a box that they have. Or they don't give the people time to reply. I know of one instance a person they apparently reached out to was a lawyer who proved it was false. Instead of correcting the article they sneakily edited the date. It eventually got an editors note on it.

Reporting on court cases and ignoring the facts reported in court.

The Washington Post published Amber Heards op-ed that led to her being sued for defamation. Even after the court case the article was still up. It took a while for there to be a editors note on it that the claims made in it were false and led to her losing a lawsuit.

The New York Times recently kicked off a court case as they attacked someone with an article listing text messages. It came out the text messages were edited and also a lot were missing. A lawyer rightfully pointed out the journalists should have been asking specific questions to cover themselves.

We live in a time where media needs to get out quickly. So, I can understand some typo's or inaccuracies. They talk about journalistic integrity a lot of them at the moment are failing in that regard. This is on both sides of the political isle.

Mark Epstein says his brother was Trump's best friend, he should know I guess. He has his own modelling agency, why tf do these guys all have modelling agencies?
To be fair any male that’s rich and powerful would want to surround themselves with beautiful woman.

And to be rich and powerful you almost need a self centred, egotistic personality that amplifies that to multiple woman. Model agency ticks a lot of boxes.

I think the interesting thing is to be a psychopath that can make it really big in business, you almost need to have the belief you can get whatever you want be have the can do personality to follow through - getting beautiful women. Or in some cases it seems underage sex slaves…

Surely gonna be labelled propaganda by the usual suspects but here's a feel good story for my fellow Lefties.
I wonder if chance of spending the winter in Donetsk with the Russian Army was in his Russian immigration form? I suspect there will be less trying to escape from "Woke America" when they hear of this.

An article from the NY Post (another of Rupert Murdoch newspapers inc. the WSJ which Trump is suing).

US Attorney-General Pam Bondi told President he was in Epstein files earlier this year

United States Attorney-General Pam Bondi informed President Donald Trump in the northern spring that his name appeared in the Jeffrey Epstein files, according to three people with knowledge of the exchange.

The disclosure came as part of a broader briefing on the re-examination of the case by FBI agents and prosecutors.

It was made by Bondi during a meeting that also included the deputy attorney-general, Todd Blanche, and covered a variety of topics.

Bondi frequently meets with Trump to brief him on various matters, officials said.

Bondi and Blanche informed the president that his name, as well as those of other high-profile figures, came up in their re-examination of documents connected to the case that had not previously been made public.

Trump, a friend of the disgraced financier, has already appeared in documents related to the investigation.

Appearing at the White House in February, Bondi distributed a series of binders about the Epstein files with the phone numbers of the President’s former wife and his daughter in them.

ā€œAs part of our routine briefing, we made the President aware of the findings,ā€ Bondi and Blanche wrote in a statement in response to questions about the briefing. ā€œNothing in the files warranted further investigation or prosecution.ā€

Steven Cheung, the White House communications director, would not address questions about the briefing, but called any suggestion that Trump was engaged in wrongdoing related to Epstein ā€œfake newsā€ and said Trump ejected Epstein from his club, Mar-a-Lago, for ā€œbeing a creepā€.

Department officials have regularly informed some White House officials about developments in the inquiry. Such communications are permissible under the law.

The conversation was reported earlier by the Wall Street Journal.

One person close to Trump, who spoke only on the condition of anonymity, said that White House officials were not concerned about the latest disclosures given that Trump’s name appeared in the first round of information that Bondi released.

Mr Huffman had initially agreed to join the Russian military
This part is undisputed.

in a non-combat capacity, thinking at first he would be a welder and later a war correspondent.
There is no source for this or the rest of the content, every link leads back to the most pro ukraine propaganda there is https://www.telegraph.co.uk/russia-ukraine-war/

He willingly joined the Russian army...
Just in the same way that Ravil Maganov (Chairman of Lukoil, Sept 2002), Marina Yankina (Defense Ministry official, Feb 2023) Mikhail Rogachev (PV, Yukos, Oct. 2024), Kristina Baikova (VP, Loko-Bank, Jun 2023), Natalia Larina (Moscow judge, Jun 2024), Andrey Babalov (VP, Transneft, Jul 2025) Dan Rapoport (businessman, Aug 2022), Pavel Antov (meet industry tycoon, Dec 2022), Grigory Kochenov (IT exec, Dec 2022), Vladimir Egorov (politician, Dec 2023) and Artyom Bartenev (federal judge, Jun 2023) all decided to see if they could overcome gravity when they "fell" from balconies or windows. Amazing how so many people opposed to Putin would suffer from SRDS (Sudden Russian Death Syndrome).... otherwise known as Window Syndrome.

But then if Putin or his investigators decided they were all suicides, then they must have been... right?

What the fuck does that word salad have to do with someone voluntarily enlisting into the military? If you want to discuss blackop assassination programs then lets do so.

There is a huge difference between willingly signing up thinking you'd be in a role not at the front to then have your wife describe his enlisting as this....

But Mrs Huffman has since claimed her husband was misled. ā€œWhen he signed up and had all of that done, he was told he would not be training for two weeks and going straight to the front lines,ā€ she said.

ā€œBut it seems as though he is getting one more week of training, closer to the front lines, and then they are going to put him on the front lines.ā€

Then you'd believe pretty much anything such as those people "jumping". Guess what, just because the Russians or Ukrainians or the Israelis or Hamas or when other country, military or news organisation would provide propaganda, doesn't make it true.
