If he was guilty of rape he'd be in prison. You don't get convicted in a civil case. These is a lower burden of proof. Basically there is a chance something happened and she needs to be made whole again by compensation.

If someone with a high profile called him that he'd have a case for defamation.

I don't like the guy but that case is often misunderstood. People often labelling him a convicted rapist and should be in prison but it was something to do with being rich etc.

If there are 20-25 complainants they will talk with lawyers. Telling me to ask his victims is ridiculous. Have you spoken to them? Of course not. If someone has been assaulted care needs to be taken on who they tell their story to. However, if you are going to make a complaint it is important that the facts are heard. Not just get emotional due to news reports. If you are going to make a complaint the defendent has a right to defend themselves.
