They might put Cape at centre, Leka to start and both Laban and TSS on the bench, but I would prefer not to burn Leka out and have Cape in the pack, although they can get away against weaker packs

Pompey was on the right today after Berry went off so if he can chase they can put Ali on the left to prevent weak kick chases

Egan needs to be managed with his minutes FYI

The Knights made Berry attempt close to 40 tackles earlier in the season & I wouldn't be surprised if they pounded that side again. A right defensive edge of Niukore, Boyd, Leiataua & DWZ doesn't look strong on paper so as @CWC suggests we might see Pompey switch or Capewell fill in at Centre.
Niukore seems to be getting praise for his game today on the back of a linebreak but I'd prefer Laban in his spot.

Would depend on if it needs surgery or not I guess. They have a pretty wide window for recovery times depending on severity.

Heading to the pointy end, yes Capewell can do a job at centre but it's not ideal attack wise.

A few options, but a bit of trust probably needs to be put in Ali that he can get the job done if hes fit to go.

Either move Pompey to the right if worried about safety and have Ali on the left with our strong defensive edge, or Ali on the right and hope for the best.

The longer the edges have time to gel whatever the decision ends up heading into finals the better.

I sincerely hope not, he would be an easy target on defence against any other team.

It appears the only position uo for debate is right Centre. My choice is Capewell. The logjc behind it is with Boyd there is an accuracy and durectness. He straightens the line so we can throw more driop under plays and angles testing shouders. I woukd aksi use Halasima out there as well.

Yeah that would be SO harsh on TMM, given not only his versatility but more importantly his performances seemingly coming on at different positions each week. He can't be dropped.

Having said that, would love a way to fit both him and Healey in to give us a point of difference at 9. Can't see it without giving up too much size though.

I think you will find the Webster likes effort players. Unfortunately for Ali he has gone missing in games.

Yeah every coach has their favourites unfortunately, it's human nature.

The two I don't understand are Bunty and Ale.... we've got some great young forwards coming through so right now it looks like the right call but even when we are short those two appear to be absolute last resort. They are better players than that in my opinion.

In saying that, I think Webby has most of his selections right though. I love Ford starting at prop but agree with most others 60 mins straight is too much and Laban in any case needs more mins than what he got yesterday.
