*NEWS*

Roosters prop Naufahu Whyte suffered a suspected MCL injury in the closing moments of the match against the Bulldogs. He is expected to be sidelined for 3-4 weeks.

Meanwhile, Roosters halfback Sam Walker has returned to full, unrestricted training and will be available for selection in the coming weeks.

No, he was on my radar for this week.

I've pencilled in the following;
Egan -> M. Nawaqanitawase (CTR/WFB)*
Kiraz -> I. Katoa (HLF)

Nawa likely to change.
Very similar to me. Looking at Mark and Herbie. I don't have many trades left I feel, need to calculate can I hold kiraz.

Also looking at Burbo and Garrick.

My advice is actually try and play normally. My personal opinion is sacrificing origin rounds serves no purpose in learning and improving at the game. It makes a little sense in giving up h2h but fantasy in the end is about overall score (unless you are playing multiple accounts). If you sacrifice the origin rounds, your overall score tanks and at best you'll recover to break even but I doubt that.

I learnt a lot from playing last year and trying my best every round. That's why I had a tanty last year. Doing my best and still getting poked but I did well by the end and came 9th.
My best overall rank so far is 1598 with zero bye planning. I’m not going to be anywhere that this year even with bye planning. Head to head has always been my main focus with overall being a bonus.
Head to head you need to be a bit more conservative with trades since you need more later in the season. The bye period is a great place to save trades. Head to head losing by 200 is the same as 10. I’m happy to forfeit these rounds to strengthen my team going into round 23.
Im holding Watson, Cleary, Yeo, Haas, Fermor and Munster. It’s overall suicide. But late in the season you are going to want those guys when finals roll around. (maybe not Munster but he seems to be coming right)

Kiraz is 4-6 weeks.... That's a tough hold.
It's a long hold for sure. My theory is, I am not trading him anyways this round, there are others I can trade. Toia+Egan. I could make a third trade but don't know if it's needed, it's just for potentially 10-20 more points. Then of the next 4 rounds, Dogs have 2 byes. So that's 5 rounds.....then he's back?

I am short in Round 15 of two mids, but I think that's a Round 14 problem.
